- [R1] Priority Pass™ food selection is a rip off: charging $35 for a guest when your food selection for dinner is pathetic is a big time rip off.
- [R3] Priority Pass™ PVR location: Overall the service is very nice however the decor and the food choices need major improvement.! The PVR location is always very crowded and what I have noticed is too many day passes are being issued which is making us members to wait in line and deal with the crowds. Please consider giving members access first before allowing day passes!
- [R5] Priority Pass™ Everywhere we go: It came pretty useful on most destinations in USA and Internationally if you are a traveler I highly recommend it.
- [R9] Priority Pass™ Restrictions: Sometimes Priority Pass people need to pay extra or are not allowed in during certain times in lounges. Overcrowding. Long waits
- [R6] Priority Pass™ Outdated info at LAX: Priority Pass holders have to be out of the lounge before 12:00pm. Walked from Terminal 1 and wasn’t allowed in. Practically useless at LAX. Extremely disappointed. Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because other airports have been good/great.
- [R7] Priority Pass™ User Name: Tried to create account. When I got to enter a user name no matter what I inputted it said it was taken. Some of my input there is now way they were used as a user name.
- [R16] Priority Pass™ New app required: Thanks for making me download a new app for same functionality. Dumb (stupid).
- [R25] Priority Pass™ Disappointed: There is indication that there are benefits at BE RELAX but once there they explained that this specific Priority Pass was not accepted. This feels like a bait and switch and you should be transparent and differentiate between Priority Pass memberships.
- [R8] Priority Pass™ SFO Club: Recently flew out of SFO EARLY. The SFO Club was supposed to open @ 4:30 am. Opened a bit late due to food not being delivered. Entered about 4:45 and the facility was clean and hotbreakfast was ready to go. Appreciate the SFO club being available as the Centurion Lounge is still running in a temporary facility (which is terrible).
- [R21] Priority Pass™ Great food and facilities; reception desk needs better attitude: I find the reception desk personnel lackluster and unwelcoming at this location. There’s a feeling of gatekeeping with the process but especially with the greeting. The front desk staff don’t smile much or project a welcoming demeanor. The environment is therefore reduced from luxury to a generated feeling of scarcity (not enough spa
- [R29] Priority Pass™ Super Friendly Staffers: The staff at this establishment was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. From the person who greeted me at the entrance to the attendant and the floor manager, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with accurate information about availability, promptly got me drinks, and checked back on me multiple times to make
- [R41] Priority Pass™ Angie is awesome!: Angie has taken great care of me today. She clearly knows many of the folks coming through and gives top quality service. It’s very hard to find this level of customer service these days, and definitely deserves a few minutes to acknowledge. I don’t want more people to find out this fantastic little secret, but Angie is worth a visit. I would’ve given more than five stars but th
- [R4] Priority Pass™ Absolute trash!!: Don’t waste your hard earned money on this service!!
- [R11] Priority Pass™ Amazing Priority Pass: This is a great thing that is Priority Pass the Chime put out it’s affordable and who wants to wait inside airport where it’s all clustered and you can just be inside using your Priority Pass and the lounges quiet charging your phone eating. I love it.
- [R28] Priority Pass™ Access app and site: The worst app and site , can’t change anything can edit anything, login is so difficult with the or 2FA system and the countless motorcycles , fire hydrants and lights windows for you to click.
- [R84] Marriott Bonvoy Hard to get support: The digital key half the time doesn’t work.
- [R85] Marriott Bonvoy Glitches: For probably at least the last year I have not been able to message properties through the app. Today it won’t even let me complete a digital check-in on the app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled…doesn’t fix it. Used to love the app but now it doesn’t even do the basics functions.
- [R108] Marriott Bonvoy Digital Key didn’t work when: Nothing more frustrating than going all the way to the room and the digital key didn’t work
- [R114] Marriott Bonvoy unreliable, crashing: It crashes everytime I'm trying to use the electronic key in the elevators
- [R10] Priority Pass™ Priority Pass - Chase Sapphire Lounge: I was not impressed with the Chase Sapphire Lounge, the food was cold and the service was bad. They required you to scan a QR code to view the food menu which consisted of burgers and fries. I prefer the AMEX lounge over the priority pass lounges, we left the Chase Lounge and went to the Boston priority pass lounge and it was worse than the Chase Lounge, litt
- [R13] Priority Pass™ Just veggies sticks, couldn’t even get coffee….bar was open…: Arrived at VIP lounge at 2:30pm. No hot food, just veggie sticks and no coffee, I paid for 35.00 for a guest pass for absolutely nothing… waste of money….
- [R22] Priority Pass™ Bad plan: 90% of the time the lounges are full and has to be on waiting list for 1 hour. And the lounges you have access to requires fees to eat. The free stuff is only coffee, tea and croissant. NOT worth it to join at all.
