Who it's for
Priority Pass is for frequent international travelers who value a comfortable airport experience and are willing to research lounge availability and restrictions in advance R27R61. It is not for travelers who expect guaranteed lounge access at all times, rely on the app for seamless login and up-to-date information, or are primarily looking for high-quality food and drink options in domestic lounges .
Evidence note: The recent reviews skew heavily negative (66.4% negative), which contrasts sharply with the lifetime rating of 4.79. This suggests a significant decline in user satisfaction recently, particularly concerning lounge access and app functionality. The developer's release notes are vague ('Feature enhancements and bug fixes') and do not address the specific, recurring issues reported in recent reviews, such as login problems or overcrowding.

- [R27] Everywhere we go: It came pretty useful on most destinations in USA and Internationally if you are a traveler I highly recommend it.
- [R31] Amazing Priority Pass: This is a great thing that is Priority Pass the Chime put out it’s affordable and who wants to wait inside airport where it’s all clustered and you can just be inside using your Priority Pass and the lounges quiet charging your phone eating. I love it.
- [R41] Nothing like it!: This is worth every penny! Eat well be fore tge trip!
- [R61] Great pass to have: I’ve enjoyed getting into lounges all over the world.
- [R29] SFO Club: Recently flew out of SFO EARLY. The SFO Club was supposed to open @ 4:30 am. Opened a bit late due to food not being delivered. Entered about 4:45 and the facility was clean and hotbreakfast was ready to go. Appreciate the SFO club being available as the Centurion Lounge is still running in a temporary facility (which is terrible).
- [R89] XPL lounge: The lounge is very clean. The staff is very friendly and professional.
- [R93] Love PP: Instead of rushing to the airport last minute, I make the time to decompress at the airport lounge. Relaxing opportunity.
- [R87] Angie is awesome!: Angie has taken great care of me today. She clearly knows many of the folks coming through and gives top quality service. It’s very hard to find this level of customer service these days, and definitely deserves a few minutes to acknowledge. I don’t want more people to find out this fantastic little secret, but Angie is worth a visit. I would’ve given more than five stars but th
- [R109] Excellent experience: My wife and I were having trouble with our priority pass when checking in. Gerson, the manager, offered his help and explained his to contact priority pass to get the membership updated. He graciously comped our visit and told us to follow up with the company while in the lounge. Great service and much appreciated.
- [R160] Fantastic Service: Staff is incredible, thank you!
- [R35] PVR location: Overall the service is very nice however the decor and the food choices need major improvement.! The PVR location is always very crowded and what I have noticed is too many day passes are being issued which is making us members to wait in line and deal with the crowds. Please consider giving members access first before allowing day passes!
- [R60] Restrictions: Sometimes Priority Pass people need to pay extra or are not allowed in during certain times in lounges. Overcrowding. Long waits
- [R62] Not enough lounges: Not enough lounges I can use as priority pass & even if I can use it it is always crowded
- [R76] Lounges are busy or blocked: I’ve had PP for a few years now and increasingly frustrated with the long lines for Escape Lounges and Sapphire Lounge is listed as a benefit but I’ve tried 8 times now and the NEVER are letting priority pass users enter!
- [R42] Outdated info at LAX: Priority Pass holders have to be out of the lounge before 12:00pm. Walked from Terminal 1 and wasn’t allowed in. Practically useless at LAX. Extremely disappointed. Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because other airports have been good/great.
- [R7] No Access: Erste Lounge was full in PRG and the restaurant (Aeroport) that the lounge referred me to didn’t accept my Priority Pass Membership.
- [R10] Disappointed: There is indication that there are benefits at BE RELAX but once there they explained that this specific Priority Pass was not accepted. This feels like a bait and switch and you should be transparent and differentiate between Priority Pass memberships.
- [R3] User Name: Tried to create account. When I got to enter a user name no matter what I inputted it said it was taken. Some of my input there is now way they were used as a user name.
- [R6] New app required: Thanks for making me download a new app for same functionality. Dumb (stupid).
- [R11] Access app and site: The worst app and site , can’t change anything can edit anything, login is so difficult with the or 2FA system and the countless motorcycles , fire hydrants and lights windows for you to click.
- [R13] Pre book: Since you changed your website it has been horrible to pre book
- [R1] food selection is a rip off: charging $35 for a guest when your food selection for dinner is pathetic is a big time rip off.
- [R4] Priority Pass - Chase Sapphire Lounge: I was not impressed with the Chase Sapphire Lounge, the food was cold and the service was bad. They required you to scan a QR code to view the food menu which consisted of burgers and fries. I prefer the AMEX lounge over the priority pass lounges, we left the Chase Lounge and went to the Boston priority pass lounge and it was worse than the Chase Lounge, litt
- [R5] Just veggies sticks, couldn’t even get coffee….bar was open…: Arrived at VIP lounge at 2:30pm. No hot food, just veggie sticks and no coffee, I paid for 35.00 for a guest pass for absolutely nothing… waste of money….
- [R9] Bad plan: 90% of the time the lounges are full and has to be on waiting list for 1 hour. And the lounges you have access to requires fees to eat. The free stuff is only coffee, tea and croissant. NOT worth it to join at all.
- [R67] Okay place: Nothing special. Worn out room. No water provided.
- [R230] Not thrilled: The food and service were satisfactory, but the lounge itself feels past its prime. Many of the chairs are damaged, the tables are stained, and overall the space appears to be in need of a total renovation.
- [R244] Pdx vs map: The PDX Escape lounge is amazing! Very comfortable and inviting. The one at MSP is 180degrees the other way.
- [R514] Basic: Gross coffee. Slow to refill mediocre hot food. Limited choices. No restrooms.
- [R19] App Sucks: Never have been able to link my account to the app. Now you send me an email to load the new Priority Pass + app and I cannot get into that. Useless. No wonder why so many people hate this app and the new one.
- [R20] App is awful: Face login never works. Always logs out and Pw reset takes forever. Just to get your card takes a while
