- [R1] Kroger The absolute worst app I use: Very glitchy. Hard to use all the time.
- [R7] Kroger Lists Broken: This is not the first update that has broken the shopping list feature, and it’s becoming incredibly frustrating. Every time the app is updated, something that previously worked well seems to stop functioning properly. A previous update broke the aisle organization and caused the list to glitch every time I checked an item off. Now, the latest update is duplicating items in my list
- [R10] Kroger Crashes constantly: For the last 6ish months I can hardly use the app. It stays stuck on a blue screen. It never loads in the store. When it does load (1/10 times I try to use it) it’s a little difficult to navigate. This app is a mess.
- [R61] Walgreens Prints of photos: The app needs improvement. It keeps a lot of the photos you e already made as a print checked. It crops pictures differently than what is shown. It cuts people off. It’s difficult to use. It needs some tech savvy person to come in and make necessary improvements.
- [R32] Kroger App is still crapp: Would you PLEASE hire someone who knows how to build a workable app??????? Every “update” continues to make it thoroughly unusable. List loses its sorting after removing an item, aisles are not listed when list is shared via email, can’t search from within a list, and so on. It’s absolute junk programmed by a toddler.
- [R69] Walgreens Login: I don’t like how I have to log in EVERY time I get into the prescription part of the app.
- [R13] Kroger Terrible: Hands down the worst app of all time. It's so buggy but for some reason they can't get it together and straighten it out ever. Additionally their content changing things to delivery only is such a scam.
- [R30] Kroger Disaster: Every time Kroger changes the app, it takes me at least a couple of weeks to figure it out. The latest version allows very limited searching for items or for ecupons. And there other problems. The app is a disaster.
- [R78] Walgreens Flaky app: Been using Walgreens’ app since they had one. Sometimes it’s great; other times it’s non-functional. Today I encountered buttons that did nothing and others that took me to a blank screen with the circling arrows of doom. Over the years I probably would have saved time if I filled/refilled my prescriptions in person. Today the app only deserves one star, but I gave it three because
- [R56] Kroger This app is a scam: Gating discounts behind an app in addition to the “member” card is just a way to make extra profit on people’s laziness or selling the data of app users. It’s absolutely anti-consumer. Additionally, Kroger is one of the most profitable companies out there and they still can’t design an entirely mobile-native app without web views. Only motivated by profits
- [R66] Walgreens Not happy: You guys changing the app & if you have multiple refills, it doesn’t let you change it to the one that is EXPIRING SOON!!! SO THEREFORE I LOOSE THEM AND HAVE TO GO GET ANOTHER DAMN REFILL & PAY FOR THE APPOINTMENT… IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!! NOT EVERYONE HAS A MILLION DOLLARS LIKE YOUR CEO!!!
- [R62] Walgreens Incredible customer service: Great customer service, fast, and efficient in love with the drive-through. Thank you guy for making my experience that much better.
- [R64] Walgreens Hid Coupons After Update: They used to show you coupons right in the prescription ready for pickup UI but now they hide the coupons behind a separate search screen.
