Every time the app is updated, something that previously worked well seems to stop functioning properly. A previous update broke the aisle organization and caused the list to glitch every time I checked an item off. Now, the latest update is duplicating items in my list
3. [R10] Kroger 2/5 · US Crashes constantly: For the last 6ish months I can hardly use the app. It stays stuck on a blue screen. It never loads in the store. When it does load (1/10 times I try to use it) it’s a little difficult to navigate. This app is a mess.

It cuts people off. It’s difficult to use. It needs some tech savvy person to come in and make necessary improvements.

It’s absolutely anti-consumer. Additionally, Kroger is one of the most profitable companies out there and they still can’t design an entirely mobile-native app without web views. SO THEREFORE I LOOSE THEM AND HAVE TO GO GET ANOTHER DAMN REFILL & PAY FOR THE APPOINTMENT… IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!! NOT EVERYONE HAS A MILLION DOLLARS LIKE YOUR CEO!!!
