Pages upon pages of clicking just to lose your place again. Hard to make sense of where you need to go to do anything. And changing your policy feels half baked when you have to “wait” for someone to update the actual policy. And my deductibles never gone done in all my years with this company.

You can pretty much do anything from changing policies/coverage, adding vehicles/drivers, claims. But the functionality is so inconsistent. Several times I have logged in and my auto policy is missing or says “unknown” and I can’t view it. Not sure why they can’t get it right.

We automatically receive our paycheck on Wednesday instead of waiting Thursday or Friday like every other bank that makes the customers wait till Thursday or Friday to receive their paycheck.
