  1. [R2] Mailchimp Email Marketing 5/5 · US Love it: I really do love this newsletter format, its perfect.
  2. [R5] Mailchimp Email Marketing 5/5 · US Easy to use: I love how easy it is to use and add emails
  3. [R3] Mailchimp Email Marketing 3/5 · US Can’t resend to select audience members: Trying to resend an existing campaign to specific audience members gives an “empty audience” error, even after confirming the audience selections.
  4. [R63] Email 3/5 · US Overall an okay app: I’ve had this app for years now and it doesn’t let me send out emails however I still receive everything so I have to have more than one email address to send emails but if that was fixed I’d give this 5 stars.
  5. [R8] Mailchimp Email Marketing 5/5 · US App usage: This app is easy to use
  6. [R64] Email 2/5 · US Slow, Glitchy: I’ve reviewed this app before and got a response that didn’t make sense. I have used this app for quite a few years, I upgraded to the Edison Mail + and it’s no better. It slow most of the time, glitchy and non responsive when searching and trying to open a past email and constantly gives me alerts that I have email when I don’t. I only check email on my phone 98% of the time.
  7. [R79] Email 1/5 · US Used to be great: App used to be great but lately it’s been laggy, takes a long time to load emails and has been freezing. Almost unusable so looking for a new provider.
  8. [R7] Mailchimp Email Marketing 1/5 · US Used to be decent, no longer works on iOS and support is horrendous: The mobile app worked fine for years, but suddenly stopped working on all my iOS devices. Takes a week to get any response from support and they keep sending out the same canned “turn your device off and turn it on again” messages over and over again. There is literally no support and this is not an inexpensive platform. I am
  9. [R16] Mailchimp Email Marketing 1/5 · US App doesn't work: The app no longer works! I can't login with my username and password anymore. I receive an error and have for months. I'm not able to contact support because that requires me to log into my account. The error code is "Kimp.KimpError error code 10". I keep the app updated but it doesn't even matter. Why am I paying for mailchimp??
  10. [R61] Email 1/5 · US Email: Disconnected me and can’t get back on
  11. [R73] Email 2/5 · US App was great: I keep having issues as of late. Attachments won't load, app freezes when searching for an email. I've had to uninstall several times. This app used to be great and my go to for email for years. I'm starting to look for alternatives.
  12. [R13] Mailchimp Email Marketing 1/5 · US Overpriced and outdated: I’ve been using MailChimp since 2014 and their prices keep increasing to the point they haven’t introduced any new additions or features to an already stale platform. Their prices are too unreasonable to keep using them anymore.
  13. [R34] Mailchimp Email Marketing 1/5 · US Free account and no desktop? Don’t bother.: I have a free account because I have a very small list. I also run my business entirely from my ipad, which is generally not a problem… except for Mailchimp. The browser-based campaign builder doesn’t function properly (can’t drag content blocks into the layout), and the app version doesn’t offer those content blocks at all and has an extremely limited i
  14. [R68] Email 5/5 · US Wonderful App: Very pleased with features
  15. [R55] Mailchimp Email Marketing 1/5 · US DO NOT SIGN UP: SOMEBODY CONTACT ME!!!!! Im appalled with how you mistreat your clients. You shut my account down and are forcing me to pay more and won’t let me downgrade!!!! This is NOT legal what you are doing. I contacted sales and filled out your form and still NO ONE IS FIXING my account!!
  16. [R86] Email 5/5 · US Great Response to Tech Issue: Sent a request to Support regarding a tech issue with my email that kept timing out and requiring to me to sign back in with login credentials multiple times a day. There was a detailed analysis within which a solution was provided that proved to be the key to eliminating my issue.
  17. [R113] Email 5/5 · US A nice email option: I started using Edison email about two years ago. I have been happy with it for my various email accounts and the organizational tools it provides. During that time, I only had one issue which its support team took care of almost immediately.
