- [R1] Wescom Financial Mobile Zelle needs to be updated on the application: Had an embarrassing interaction with someone with QR code at a chocolate sale. The camera to scan the QR code is not present in the Zelle portion of the Wescom app. Had to run to an ATM at a CVS to get money and the fee. This makes me want to dump Wescom Financial for not having an up to date app.
- [R9] Wescom Financial Mobile Snap Deposit feature is useless!!: I used all kinds of different contrast backgrounds and the lighting is good and yet after 20 times it still gives me error code. So frustrating so I will have to deposit physically at ATM. Other than that, app is good

My checks are on a black table so there is a high contrast between the paper and table top and it still will not recognize the check. I also have to hold it more than a foot away for it to recognize the check but an error always pops up as it can’t read the numbers on the bottom.

I’ve had Capital One and Discover for years and their apps and chat bot are extremely helpful and useful Ive almost never had to call them. Which is what we want right? Anything that makes it easier to do from our phones, on our own, without having to go in or call.

Especially with autopay, I’ve had it enabled for months yet none of my payments have been automatically taken out therefore accruing interest and late fees. You can’t get quick online chat help because of stupid AI or bot responses that don’t get you anywhere. APYs suck as well
