We have all received efficient, knowledgeable, warm and timely service from all of Wescom staff over the years. When ever there is a third party issue, Wescom always notifies me quickly and resolves the problem with me for a favorable outcome always. I highly recommend becoming a member.

No use having Face ID enabled or saving my login info, as I need to manually type in my account and password every time I have to use the app. There are worse things in life, but why even offer the “quick options” if they don’t even work?

Please retry.” I rebooted my iPhone and tried; no better. I deleted the app, cleared my cash, then rebooted. Then reinstalled and tried: same thing. The app simply isn’t working.

The camera to scan the QR code is not present in the Zelle portion of the Wescom app. Had to run to an ATM at a CVS to get money and the fee. This makes me want to dump Wescom Financial for not having an up to date app.

But that feature has become unusable with recent upgrades to the app. I’m constantly getting an incorrect error about “check corners torn or folded.” The check corners are fine; in fact, the check is in pristine condition.
