- [R5] Southwest Airlines Love SW!!: My hubby and I fly SW all the time! To be fair, we’re A-list preferred so our perks are fantastic!! The app makes it super easy to manage and keep track of all our travel, alerts, and any changes
- [R8] Southwest Airlines LOVE SWA: The app is easy and user friendly. Staff are always great, helpful and friendly!
- [R29] Southwest Airlines Easy: Uncomplicated procedures make Southwest our go-to domestic airline.
- [R63] Alaska Hawaiian Needs optimizing: This app does what it needs to do, but always requires signing in via Alaska-Hawaii’s webpage whenever I open it. Would be nice if it actually stayed signed in
- [R59] Southwest Airlines Best Airline and Mobile App: For a while, I thought I was going to be a disgruntled customer since they got rid of their open seating. That was a huge burden off the entire travel experience. Being a-list preferred, however, makes it far less of a burden. Southwest as a whole is very transparent and easy to navigate. Their mobile app is extremely intuitive and responsive and it’s very easy to chan
- [R67] Alaska Hawaiian Horrible UI: AS has never invested much in their technologies since the 90s. The recent updates of the app resulted in more bugs, constantly having to log in again, does not recognize my address or passport info etc etc. there are so many things you can’t do on the app. They are now joining the rest / a race to the bottom
- [R44] Southwest Airlines Excellent Service: The app makes it easy to book your entire travel plans. The onboard service is always excellent.
- [R32] Southwest Airlines Like check in process: Don’t like the new designated seats by numbers instead of zones. Don’t like baggage fees. But I still prefer Southwest Airlines to any other airlines.
- [R73] Alaska Hawaiian Bad policy: Turns out you can’t change one leg of a flight if you book round trip without cancellation of the whole ticket. And now the flights are not on sale, it would be 3 times the cost. This and what happened with my bags last time, I am very disappointed with Alaska air..
- [R11] Southwest Airlines Not A Flyer: I traveled back to the OC after moving home to Louiville for the first time in 4 years and as I am such a nervous passenger the staff from KY to ARZ was great very patient and accommodating, however the shorter flight from ARZ to CA the OC the staff had more of a Cali vibe and was not so friendly with the passengers as I was observing. I would like to give an extra thank you to the re
- [R26] Southwest Airlines Telephone agents: The agent help me to add my bag, he was very helpful .
- [R91] Alaska Hawaiian No help: App not working and there is no one around to help like there used to be. Service has plummeted. Where are all the people that work here to assist
