I love saving up my points for location specific cups. I sell them on eBay when I have to many or gift them. It does lag during busy times of the day and depending on location. It takes 30 to 45 minutes of back-and-forth through an app just to get refunded for an order you cannot eat because they messed it up. It’s not efficient. They’re quick at taking your money but refuse to help you out.

Oh and they can sell ALL of your location history to third parties and nothing stopping them from selling your dietary habits to an insurance company. We live in that kind of dystopia.
