- [R8] Starbucks The App Gets You Free Reward Points!: The app is way better personally because you can earn reward points, customize drinks and more.
- [R14] Starbucks Amazing: Skips the line even at work I ask if I can pre order a coffee to pick up when my breaks start so I don’t waste time waiting. I love saving up my points for location specific cups. I sell them on eBay when I have to many or gift them. It does lag during busy times of the day and depending on location. Other then that it’s so helpful
- [R20] Starbucks Good app: Easy to get their awesome coffee and rewards. Even though it’s overpriced, nothing like a medium roast or one of their cold brews, black or with cream and classic.
- [R66] Chipotle Mostly good and appreciate re-order option: Like several things about app and the re-order feature is most helpful. It can be hard to make things GF and request corn tortillas on app and no matter if I spend $15 or $49 it never applies the free quest or “promotion” offers. That part is a scam
- [R12] Starbucks Please fix it: I love this app but lately every time I try to place a order it says something’s wrong on their end and I even tried a different location and deleting and reinstalling the app then updating it and nothing helped I don’t know if it’s a bug or what but I hope it gets fixed.
- [R28] Starbucks Great when working: App is great and very easy to use, when it works. Mobile ordering crashes frequently
- [R70] Chipotle App is buggy: App is super buggy and they try to give free promos but won’t let you apply to the order
- [R100] Chipotle Better off ordering in store: Only use the app if you want to get 2/3 of what they give you if you order in store. Also good luck using any rewards in the app. It will tell you that you don’t meet the requirements even when you do.
- [R9] Starbucks Not great!: So when you use the mobile app to order, your order doesn’t instantly go through to the store. We waited over half an hour only to be told that the barista didn’t get our order until about 5 minutes before. There’s no point in using the mobile order app if you’re waiting in line anyway for over 40 minutes just to get coffee!
- [R25] Starbucks Crashes/infinite loading: Crashes if you try to open it without a good Internet connection. Can’t use it at the store anymore. Practically useless now. Update: not crashing now, but infinitely loading if there isn’t a good internet connection. Still useless.
- [R73] Chipotle Drastically Late: Second time we’ve ordered for the office, first time they were drastically late, we gave the benefit of the dought. Order today and again it was drastically late and no way to contact the store to check see what’s happening. Called 1-800-Chipotle and it is a Medicare number. Tried reaching my email and the chat bot offered a drink and closed chat, no way to stress concern or requ
- [R120] Chipotle It’s a trap: Chipotle has no ownership when they mess up an order. It takes 30 to 45 minutes of back-and-forth through an app just to get refunded for an order you cannot eat because they messed it up. It’s not efficient. They’re quick at taking your money but refuse to help you out.
- [R21] Starbucks Expensive: I go less because they have products I like but they charge much more than before and the rewards program isnt as rewarding as it used to be. They also dont stand behind their products as well as they used to.
- [R55] Starbucks Buy 66.6 Drinks Get 1 Free: Buy 66.6 drinks get 1 free, literally! If your drink costs 3 dollars you will have to buy 66.6 drinks before you accumulate the 200 stars required for a free drink. Oh and they can sell ALL of your location history to third parties and nothing stopping them from selling your dietary habits to an insurance company. We live in that kind of dystopia.
- [R61] Chipotle Can’t redeem rewards: It’s hard to give an app a good rating when I can’t redeem my rewards. Free chips with a purchase of $5 or more, my order was $20 couldn’t redeem the chips same issue with a free drink. What a joke
- [R76] Chipotle worst app ever: switch out points for rewards and they don’t let you use them on the app, get a bday reward and they don’t let you use them on the app. this app sucks!! how is it possible my reward doesn’t meet qualifications because “it has to be over $5” when my order is $19!!!!? make it make sense. and the ai bot doesn’t help either. i have 2 rewards and i can’t use either of them😂😂
- [R30] Starbucks Mandatory Reload: So far everything good I had an issue with bonus stars but I call to the customer service an they help me. I tried tu purchase on the app with a. Gift card a friend gave me but it wouldn’t let me pay the difference which was 5 dollars instead I have to reload mandatory 10 dollars minimum. Other than that everything is working good
- [R34] Starbucks Delivery: Bad customer service. I ordered two drinks on delivery and they order came with a soaked bag, one of the drinks spilled and leaked all over my work desk when I put it down to open the bag. I contacted support and they offered a $5 refund and said that was the best they could do when the drink was $10 and the delivery fee puts even more on. I told them I’ll take a remake and I’ll even go
