It’s the app . I tried to use the pepper, which was the AI to report the issue It was even more useless. All care for his positive feedback there’s no place like you put the problem in. Someone needs to work on this.

It takes 30 to 45 minutes of back-and-forth through an app just to get refunded for an order you cannot eat because they messed it up. It’s not efficient. They’re quick at taking your money but refuse to help you out.

I entered the correct code in one try, no doubt, then it said ‘incorrect code, out of attempts, try again in 30 minutes’ and wouldn’t let me sign in. This is but one example of a myriad of ridiculous issues. You disappoint me, Chipotle.

I feel like Chipotle doesn’t try that hard…and they require you to provide a new order number at the correct location before they will even give you your money back …. if they had a better location service they would never have to dish out refunds
