- [R19] Hotels.com Do Not Use: Do not use hotels.com. Make your reservations with the property directly. You will get better rates, better service, and responsiveness if there is a problem. Properties treat guests who reserve through third party apps like dirt. They get the crappiest rooms and if there is a problem, they won’t solve it because the reservation was made through a third party.
- [R39] Hotels.com App: Good app, but they keep changing the rewards
- [R62] Priceline Priceline is Fabulous!!!: I always find the best rates for rental cars/hotels on this app. Thanks for the discounts!!!!
- [R68] Priceline Great deals: Love the great abs on time deals. I highly recommend Priceline when traveling
- [R1] Hotels.com Slowest App Ever!: Don’t download the app it’s frustrating and a joke. It offers rewards that are fake and only rewards themselves by offering higher prices. Use this site on your browser to book anything. The app is the slowest app of all apps. My Motel 6 booking on 7/7/26 was denied due to the kiosk being down. Motel 6 no longer has real reps on site. I would avoid Motel 6 altogether. I got refu
- [R3] Hotels.com Slow App: I have been using this app for several years now with no issues up until recently, I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max and have all iOS updates and the app’s updates. It has been running slow for a month or so and I have already deleted the app and installed it again.
- [R70] Priceline SO DIFFICULT TO USE!!!!: This app and servcie is SO DIFFICULT TO USE!!! Not at all user friendly. Terribly uninformative, leaving one to feel completely unsure if what you wanted done actually got done. I made a reservation, then needed to change it a few days later (add a day). Never did the service EVER indicate whether it had changed the existing reservation, or just made a new one, or what
- [R101] Priceline Awesome: Easy to use, great rates and zero issues thus far
- [R22] Hotels.com Problematic: I have one problem after another, first I didn’t get the room selected nor could I change it or get a refund after. Then I was charged after it was confirmed it was to be paid when I was to check in they wouldn’t do anything about that either!
- [R73] Priceline Bait-and-Switch Scam & Abysmal Customer Service, Avoid at All Costs!: I booked and paid for a rental car through Priceline, but when I arrived to pick it up, the car was completely unavailable. When I contacted Priceline’s customer service to resolve this breach of contract, the representatives were incredibly rude, hostile, and utterly unhelpful. They refused to provide a solution or take respon
- [R82] Priceline Total Nightmare: Double Charged and Scammed!: Avoid Priceline at all costs! Their customer service is an absolute joke. Due to their agonizingly slow response to a simple cancellation request, I was forced to double-book a last-minute hotel. The support agents repeatedly lied to my face, assuring me they would handle the cancellation and issue a full refund. They did nothing. I ended up paying twi
- [R12] Hotels.com Way over priced: $389 for 1 night. Not even a free coffee. When I asked about having a continental breakfast for the cost the manager said “We’re a business hotel, our sister one next door is a family one!” What kind of answer is that? We’ve been coming here for a couple years and this is the most expensive it’s ever been and the rooms are getting musky and the decorations inside rooms and hot
- [R66] Priceline Terrible Rates: The prices are only a couple bucks lower than the hotels no savings really not even for VIP
- [R81] Priceline Misleading: Quoting prices before tax. We’re not Americans. We include tax. Costs ended up the same as booking.com.
- [R88] Priceline Cheapest Hotel Twice: Booked two separate Express Deals and got the cheapest hotel both times. Very disappointing and misleading. I expected at least some variety. Won’t use Express Deals again.
- [R16] Hotels.com Can’t get to a human.: App is ridiculous. I need a live person not an endless phone tree.
- [R23] Hotels.com Terrible: They have no one to contact for customer service. This is a terrible app.
- [R92] Priceline Satisfied customer: I booked all my hotels in Portugal and really like the prices, customer service and the fact that I can call Priceline with any questions I might have unlike other travel websites.
