The idiocy of it all, is that they know it, I call and the reps say it's a bad system.... this is over many years now, I'm a member since 84.

For that you have to go to the website where this feature hasn’t worked for the past 2 weeks. Each time I have to delete the app, redownload it, and hope I remember my password. It’s ridiculous and needs to be fixed. However when the app will open it’s very handy for moving money around.

But yet Redstone holds it pending for hours before they just randomly release it with no reasoning or consistency on release times.
