- [R2] Transcribe Top of the Line features: I found the following features very helpful, 1. Transcribes m4a audio files very accurately and very fast! 2. It transcribes a 30min audio file in matter of minutes 3. It very accurately identifies different speakers & assigns speech text to them. 4. Allows me to update the name of the speakers within the app itself. 5. I can easily export the Transcript to an email recip
- [R8] Transcribe Transcribe is great!: It transcribes with precision from the languages I use, and accepts audio texts from multiple sources. I love it.
- [R68] Live Transcribe Amazing App: This is by far the most accurate transcription app that I have tried! Worth every penny!
- [R80] Live Transcribe One of my best apps: I have profound hearing loss. High qualityHearing aids are fine in quiet settings However in noisy settings everything is a jumble. I downloaded this app just to experiment and WOW. It picks up all conversations at the table separates them and shows them on my IPhone. It's accurate abiding to my wife and friends who are amazed. Every time Ive used it, I've had friends ask me
- [R10] Transcribe Issues uploads videos: This app works when it wants to. It does not upload videos well.
- [R30] Transcribe Great App, some bugs though: I successfully transcribed my voice memos without any problem whatsoever. The problem came when I tried to transcribe a video. It said it completed the transcription, but then showed an error saying it couldn’t transcribe it. The page is empty, yet it still took the 1.5 hours off my time that I paid for. This needs to be fixed, if I try to transcribe it again will I ju
- [R72] Live Transcribe Need help?: I bought this for the year and was hoping it would be for both my phone and iPad.. do I have to purchase 2 separate subscription for each? The app is great but it’s not great for a Deaf teacher in a public middle school classroom setting where kids r constantly talking over each other. The app gets confused as much as I am. 🤷🏼♀️
- [R87] Live Transcribe It hard to say: It just complicated and hard to find info.
- [R3] Transcribe Use to be a great app: Not sure what happened but it started to become less accurate, takes forever to upload and took away hours I didn’t use and now says I’m at 0. This use to be my go to, and transcribed well especially adding speakers assigned to the transcriptions. I’m moving on to other apps, but hopefully they fix this for future users.
- [R7] Transcribe Not accurate at all: I wanted to use this to record a conversation between myself and a Spanish speaking lawyer and his assistant. They were speaking Spanish to each other and me English. The voice pickup was horrible (iPhone 13) and the translations were extremely spotty and didn’t make sense. I would not use this for any conversations which are important. Really disappointed.
- [R73] Live Transcribe It's a cash grab: So the program works really well. But it is on a pay-as-you-use basis like the old celphone plans. The basic $9.99 per month plan gives you a huge FIVE HOURS of transcription. Wow. It goes up from there to $133 yes one hundred and thirty three dollars per month for unlimited transcription. This app is all about greed.
- [R21] Transcribe Expensive: Too Expensive
- [R54] Transcribe A-la-cart option (Thank you): I have used numerous apps to transcribe audio recordings and they all work pretty well. What I like about Transcribe is that I am not forced to pay for a monthly subscription. While they say there’s a discount for subscribers, my usage does not have regular usage. I only use it extensively a few times a year. So this makes Transcribe less expensive for me while still
- [R67] Live Transcribe A rip off for only 5 hours: The app only gives you 5 hours per month. So if you need to talk to a deaf father every day, like I do, don’t get this app
- [R119] Live Transcribe Useless with transcription time limitation: Needing to use to support hard of hearing. Purchased monthly plan only to find out it has a 5 hour per month limit. Used that up in one day.
- [R29] Transcribe Excellent app! Excellent customer service!: I absolutely love the Transcribe app! Its accuracy exceeded my expectations, and when I ran into a glitch I couldn’t figure out, Mikhail came to the rescue right away and helped me resolve it. What impressed me most was how incredibly responsive he was, no matter when I emailed, he got back to me quickly with clear, step-by-step instructions. I actually s
- [R41] Transcribe Great customer service!: I had a problem with a purchase, and the Support Team solved it easily and effectively in a very responsive manner. Not only an excellent transcript service, but also 100% reliable and responsive.
- [R107] Live Transcribe Terrible! Zero Support!: I paid for an annual subscription last Saturday - and the app keeps on saying my preview has ended and I need to pay. Every time I try to pay again, it says “there’s another active subscriber using the same receipt”. Contacted support right away- followed up a day later. And again today. NOTHING from them in four days. Ugh. Frustrating.
- [R113] Live Transcribe I am livid!: I am hearing impaired. I signed up for a trial and the transcripts were so far off we all had a good laugh. Then I apparently didn’t cancel in time and have been charged $79.99 WITH NO REFUND OPTION. Furious at Apple, this app, and myself. Why would a reputable company want to rip off the deaf community? 😡😤😖
