Like being able to choose a price range in your hotels. They got rid of that. With every iteration, they cave more to what hotels want, rather than to what customers want. They are listed but buried in the details, so unlike hotels.com, the price you see in big numbers will be much more than posted. Seems silly they don’t just post the final price so we can easily compare apples to apples. Each hotel has their own extra fees.

They got me my refund for the accidental charge within 8!hours of the incident. Very impressed with their willingness to go above and beyond to remedy this error.
