[R2] Aladdin Connect 5/5 · US Very useful features, and easy to use!: Very easy to check door open/close status, verify who last opened or closed the door, how long the door has been open or closed, etc. - from anywhere in the world as long as your home wifi connection is good. Also very easy to open or close a door remotely and get confirmation that the requested action was completed. Very intuitive and useful app!

I cancelled and it still is trying to charge me and now I can’t download any other apps until they get some form of payment, which honestly I don’t want to give them. Extremely annoying that nothing can be done at all to stop this pending charge.

You have to unlock your phone and go to an app just to open your garage, sometime the app freezes and glitches and the only option is to close out of it and try again. It doesn’t sound like much until you have to use it over and over again.
