- [R2] Aladdin Connect Very useful features, and easy to use!: Very easy to check door open/close status, verify who last opened or closed the door, how long the door has been open or closed, etc. - from anywhere in the world as long as your home wifi connection is good. Also very easy to open or close a door remotely and get confirmation that the requested action was completed. Very intuitive and useful app!
- [R69] myQ Garage & Access Control Needs Apple CarPlay: It needs to add the troubleshooting step of factory resetting the garage door opener. It took me way too long to set this up after searching the internet for that easy solution. I was setting it up after someone else had previously used it. It also desperately needs to work with Apple CarPlay. Seems like an obvious feature but having to get my phone out and waiting for the a
- [R1] Aladdin Connect The Worst App Ever: Trying to connect my garage door to this app is an excruciatingly painful process. After I switched to a new WiFi 7 router, I was unable to ever sync the door to my new network. Thanks for a low quality product.
- [R61] myQ Garage & Access Control Frustrated: Why in the world does it pause my music in Apple CarPlay when I load the app and why don’t you figure out to put the app as usable in CarPlay?
- [R16] Aladdin Connect Not great: Originally this was a great system, now a couple years in it has errors as often as it works. It literally never works when we come home in the car. Usually works in the morning, will work it I am going to shop to workout, but after leaving in the car and coming home gets door not responding error. I have replaced every battery and sensor on the unit. It has to be a software issue.
- [R70] myQ Garage & Access Control SMH: App never works. Constantly log out, log in, delete app download again. Nothing works!
- [R19] Aladdin Connect Cheap: Dont waste your time with Aladdin. Cheapest system on the market is never the best and this system is awful. Have replaced all of mine and have had no issues at all and actually get help from support now
- [R75] myQ Garage & Access Control Good app: It’s fine for opening and closing the doors but holy cow there are a lot of ads. I figured they were best just ignored until I accidentally clicked on one and not realizing what I had done I thought I was completing a purchase through kickstarter earlier in the day with Apple Pay and bought something from the app. Grrr. Add to that the time it takes to load I’m usually waiting outside my
- [R49] Aladdin Connect Customer support is the worst.: I’ve only had one representative who was willing to take the time to walk me through programming my garage door. I would never purchase this product ever again. Support is the worst. The product does not work. I hate everything about it. While trying to program my remote, I called Customer Service and the rep hung up on me. She did not believe the information that I
- [R112] myQ Garage & Access Control Lack of Support for HomeKit and Shortcuts Drags Down What *was* a Great Ecosystem: Seriously, what the heck! Why is this company so hostile to the customer??
