This was my experience don’t try to top up through them, they are scam.

I have had to cancel subscriptions I was tricked into multiple times. then when you go to cancel they also play tricks to obfuscate the cancellation process. @apple support can do a better review of this behavior.

It takes hours, sometimes a day, and a series of calls to perform a transaction. And they’re gonna narrate a thousand stories to explain delay and none of it is gonna make any sense. I did multiple job interviews from this phone app and nobody complained about being able to hear me on the call has never dropped suddenly. This is a hidden gem as a four year plus digital nomad - highly recommend this guy.
