I had trouble screen shorting the cancellation because their AI bot confirms the cancel and closes it out. Would not recommend, go elsewhere, poor customer service and not helpful. It should not be this difficult to make a payment, especially when I have the available funds and my bank isn’t declining the transaction. I’ve tried multiple cards, and every payment fails.
