The step by step instructions in the support tab did not match the options on screen. Ended up having the AI chat assistant cancel. Maybe it’s the area I live in but the diversity on the app is nonexistent. Left a bad taste and I went be using the app again.

It should not be this difficult to make a payment, especially when I have the available funds and my bank isn’t declining the transaction. I’ve tried multiple cards, and every payment fails. What’s even more disappointing is that there’s no way to reach a real person for support, only an AI chat. For a paid service, that’s unacceptable.

I had trouble screen shorting the cancellation because their AI bot confirms the cancel and closes it out. Would not recommend, go elsewhere, poor customer service and not helpful. Will never use again!

Also $70/month for basic premium??? Talk about a rip off. I’m not saying this because of lack of matches but because of lack of thought behind the programming of this app. So disappointing and will not be using again
