As prices have skyrocketed and portions shrunk, the useful deals have disappeared from the app. It’s not worth it anymore. It also would not let me upload receipt details stating that I had submitted too many receipts in 30 days. I was kicked out of the app and over 4,000 points were lost. I reached out through the app and received no response.

The “personalized” deals pulls the rug once they determine that you will go to McDonalds with and without deals so there is just no more good deals ever since they determine this.

The first time the McD’s help team wasn’t too helpful with their so-called fixes after much back and forth. I finally found a fix myself by deleting the app, downloading a new app and registering for a new account.
