The interface is clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed, making communication feel intentional rather than overwhelming. - [R15] Amazing features in the app: Zoho mail is an amazing app, help me with my business a lot. I really recommend it for everyone. Has a calendar and a lot of other features that help your business
- [R45] Powerful: If you need full power email and not a toy, consider this one. For a business this is a solid choice. And for personal use it is great. As a longtime outlook user I have been very impressed.
- [R49] Just what I needed.: Simple. Affordable. Powerful.
- [R58] Great Email, One Big Storage Issue: I’ve used Zoho Mail for over 10 years and love its simplicity and excellent spam filtering, I rarely get junk mail, and anything I didn’t sign up for usually goes straight to spam. My only frustration is how storage limits are handled: once you hit the limit, incoming emails are blocked, and any emails sent during that time are permanently lost even after you cle
- [R69] The best cost effective: I’m impressed. Really good and partial cost of google. Seriously, why people do not promote Zoho?
- [R11] Easy set up: Efficient and easy setup
- [R16] Great: I love this app. This is hooked to my Shopify account and having both apps on my phone make my life incredibly easier. The only thing missing is the ability to block email addresses the way I can on my laptop app.
- [R47] Ease of Access is great: Overall quality of application is great. Little to no latency, the CRM integration, invoicing, and all add ons were useful when I had the free trial . Since then feedback has been taken into consideration and updates are much appreciated
- [R2] Stopped: I’ve stopped getting my emails after running my entire business, and personal emails through this site!!!! I’ve missed incredibly important information costing me thousands of dollars!!!
- [R6] App interface keeps blinking: The UI when opened has been flashing lately. I have to close it entirely and open again before it gets stable. It happens quite often which I think is a bug. I have video of it if you want it to investigate and fix the issue.
- [R12] App crash - can’t send emails: Do the devs work on this at all????
- [R20] Loops during sign in: Great app for the past 6+ years. Latest update broke the sign in for me. Can’t get into mail and sign in constantly loops back to sign in and then verification to sign in. Update 4/27/26: deleted the app and then reinstalled. Signed in with no problem. Zoho tech support contacted me regarding the issue which I appreciated! Thank you.
- [R1] To much spam.: Entirely too much spam. They sell your info and your paid mail account is covered in spam. To boot there spam filters don’t work either.
- [R30] Garbage: Used to have excellent spam filtering. Now it doesn't filter anything. Totally overrun with spam, 100s per day, and all the spam features have been defeated by "someone". False advertising to claim it filters spam.
- [R97] Spam increase: There has been an increase in spam getting through. I am marking as spam to help. Not sure what’s happened to change
- [R5] Account not accessible…inactive after just 10 days: They my account inactive after I recently opened it. No support. No acknowledgment. No ticket for support. I keep contacting them. They detached my cell number from the account too. I’m testing out the free Zoho email before purchasing an upgrade but this is a nightmare. They need to acknowledge me and fix things fast. I need to trust them.
- [R13] Its pretty good: It functions pretty well but has some issues that are hard to resolve due to the company being in India. The only contact to resolve issues is email and that makes it very difficult to explain things. They ask for a "screen recording" of the issue that should have been easy to resolve via email.
- [R14] Worst customer service: Their customer service is atrocious. They are extremely unhelpful. I eventually gave up and used a different service.
- [R22] Awful: App is worse with every update. These dimwits can’t even successfully copy someone else’s setup. Exceedingly useless customer service. Thank hades I never have to use this moronic company again.
- [R7] Great service with Horrible UX: Zoho is a good mail service, but the app UX is just horrible, like a software engineer also designed the app. You have to press back to see the Dashboard Menu! Then Inbox isn’t your Inbox! It’s View -> Undread
- [R18] Useless on iPad: The app for iPad opens in an unusable form. It automatically and immediately marks the first email as read and the scrambled appearance of the app is confusing. It works fine and makes sense on iPhone.
- [R38] App is ok, but missing fundamental features.: The app has done its job, but it’s missing key features. The biggest issue is that there isn’t a way to block emails or create a white/black list directly in the app.
- [R48] App is very basic: App is very basic and could use some UI enhancements. Email lists need more white space. Room to breathe and easier on the eyes. I know that mobile apps cannot have the same functionality as desktops, however, there is some basic functionality that is missing in the mobile app. It needs a little bit more polish.
- [R61] New app has flaws: Notification badges do not clear across devices when an email is viewed like they used to. Saved emails don't show up when writing new emails like they used to.
- [R349] Finicky: For some reason, the app makes it look like there are loads of unread messages but when I click into the app, it reloads and refreshes to show the true number of unread messages
- [R355] Why no notifications?: I rarely get the notifications of new emails. Until 2 weeks ago it was fine. Why?..
- [R436] Nice but has notification issues: I use this email for business and have noticed notifications stopped working. Reinstalled app which seems to have helped but badge app icons still not showing number of new emails. Almost there guys, looking forward to a fix.
- [R4] Bad: You won’t let me see my real email. I can’t open anything because you won’t show me where to open cookies this is ridiculous.
- [R29] Can’t sign up: Can’t get past the part where it says it is going to text me a code. Still have not received the code
- [R80] Passwords: Won’t stop screwing with me and my password. I don’t need this so, I’m moving away from this poorly run mail platform.
- [R19] Doesn't work in app: The messages disappear, impossible to work like this!
- [R72] Emails go to spam: It is difficult to run a business when all the emails you send end up in spam folders
- [R3] Small error in calendar widget: Hi, I’ve noticed a display error in the calendar widget. I have my calendar options set to Monday as the week’s starting day. The calendar widget has adjusted the day numbers and the highlighted day to reflect that but, has not adjusted the headings (S, M, T, W, etc) showing Sunday as the week’s start. For example, today is Sunday but the column for today’s dotted d
- [R286] Good app with a glitch: I like Zoho mail and the app is ok, but there’s one glitch: the Inbox shows new mail when there is no new mail. Even the unread box shows there is unread mail, and when I open it, it’s empty. This false notification is annoying, debt should look into it.
- [R329] Sync often fails: As an app in general it is okay but it does fall short on syncing, I read a message in the unread folder, a couple of minutes it comes back as unread. Deleting a mail does the same. Delete a mail, refresh the view and the email hasn’t gone anywhere.
- [R10] Stressful: Unfortunately, this has been a nightmare using for my business. I do not recommend.
