The IT department is ignoring the issue. The memory does not link back to the person, and the ID number associated with the memory is not tagged in anyway. So it’s just memories floating around randomly.

When editing the metadata on a photo or file there is no way to return to the gallery of all files. The cancel button in the top left doesn’t work. You can swipe left or right to change files, but you can’t get back to the list of all files without quitting the app.
