Purchased a bus an a train ticket through them, when trying to board the bus, the bus driver scanned the QR code and said the ticket is not valid, tried multiple times with the codes from the app and the ones send to my email, I had to pay for new tickets at the station. It gave me only 5-10 minutes in between layovers and absolutely NO information on the train/bus platforms.
