- [R1] Elevate Not free like the ads claim: Yeah, it's free to download but you can't do anything unless you pay. You can play about five minutes worth of games and everything else is behind a pay wall. I only downloaded this app because the ad said that it was completely free. False advertising! Too bad because it did seem like it could have potential.
- [R6] Elevate nice, but you need premium.: Theres only 1 game available if you dont have premium, which is the DAILY game that you can only play ONCE a day. How lame.
- [R22] Elevate all paid content: everything shown in ads is paid content, free version of the app is just bombardment with pop ups asking you to pay them on a subscription basis in order to access 95% of the app
- [R24] Elevate Good..... But just one thing: This is an amazing app and it does help my vocabulary. But it limits you soo much if you don't pay money. Its like you do the lesson and after that everything is locked down exept one thing that is nothing compared to all the others. It says 40 plus games but you have to pay for all of them. So basically please unlock more things and I will be happier.
- [R10] Elevate Issues with log in: Activities stimulating but constant error message trying to log in. Frustrating as need to uninstall and reinstall app. Plus purchased paid version which will be a loss if this continues
- [R13] Elevate Subscription: Still tried to take out 39.99 after I canceled the free trial way before the 7 days was up.
- [R15] Elevate Cannot contact: I received a free trial and started to play a couple games. The games that I played were pretty fun. I just didn’t like it enough to pay the full price. So I decided after a day to delete the app. Usually I can delete an app and then go to my apple settings and opt out of the free trial. But I couldn’t find it in my settings for some reason. Then after a couple weeks, my card was c
- [R34] Elevate I paid for the unlimited for life package and now I can’t restore purchases.: I had this app when it first came out, immediately bought the unlimited subscription, now since the update I can’t restore it. It’s ashamed I really liked the app and the features they compiled all of the things I wanted to work on in one app. But now I’m not paying twice.
- [R12] Elevate Buggy!: It has become very buggy on an iPad.
- [R21] Elevate Inconsistent: The games are fun but scoring is inconsistent and frustrating. Losing points already earned is demotivating. Fix the scoring system and I would give a higher rating.
- [R36] Elevate Very American: Edit- The measurement game has bugs and constantly gets stuck. Not English enough, Louisiana sandwich actually tipped me over the edge to write this review. Lots of Americanisms, please fix this.
- [R7] Elevate ANNOYING ADS: SPEND MORE TIME ON MAKING YOUR GAME BETTER AND LESS TIME SPENDING MONEY ON USELESS AI ADS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY A 2 YEAR OLD BABY WITHOUT ARMS
- [R20] Elevate Excellent, Except the ads: These puzzle games are excellent because they include multiple types of puzzles (math, writing, speaking, etc.) However, after a while, the ads prevent you from completing the puzzles. They run for minutes before the next puzzle can be accessed. Sadly, this is so frustrating and tone consuming that It’s forcing me to find a new puzzle app.
- [R27] Elevate Amazing app, but a few issues: I really enjoy Elevate and it’s helped me with my focus and writing style however, one thing that bothers me is the payments and ads. You can only do a few exercises a day (which might actually be a good thing to prevent too much time spent on the app) but having to pay do more is a bit annoying. Otherwise, this app is incredible for learning cognitive and educationa
- [R31] Elevate Decent Until Recent: The new ads are obtrusive and make the free version virtually unusable. Update: The ads have gotten worse and if you don’t watch them, you lose your streak. The game erased a streak that was more than 500 days long. Don’t play this.
- [R18] Elevate Good but repetitive!: Elevate has been excellent for this 71 year-old male to improving maintain memory skills, math calculations, and improved speaking and writing. However, after almost a year, the program seriously needs some updating. Some of the puzzles I have done at least four or 5 or maybe 10 times.
- [R45] Elevate 2nd time around: Subscribed previously and find games not much different several years on. Lots of redundancies.
- [R39] Elevate American: I like the app but the spelling, pronunciation and reference is for Americans. Would be nice that there were uk settings. Won’t renew because this hampers my improvement on my own language.
- [R51] Word Connect ¤ Bombed by Ads: I love the game, but lately, it keeps getting frozen by poorly programmed ads. The music for the game runs merrily along in the background, while the screen is pitch black. There is never an X to choose for dismissing the ads, only an option to download. The only way to get back to the game is to completely exit, swipe to dismiss, and start all over again.
- [R52] Word Connect ¤ “Word Connect Review”: I ABSOLUTELY love these type of word games!!! therefore, I ABSOLUTELY love everything about “Word Connect!!! I like the music, I like the gameplay, and I like the graphics. The challenges and occasional helpful hint is a nice addition too. As such, it is an ABSOLUTE no-brainer to give this game app a five star review. Thank you EVER SO MUCH for making this wonderful game!!!
- [R53] Word Connect ¤ Fun but the ads are so annoying and excessive: I liked this game when I first got it. Fun but the ads are so annoying and excessive. Some days you don’t even get to complete the word because it’s ads every two seconds so I don’t play much anymore.
- [R54] Word Connect ¤ Update won’t load the game: This latest update has completely broken the game for me as I can’t even load it. It freezes at the free spin the wheel section and doesn’t load.
- [R65] Impulse Fake ad games: It's fine but put back because ads show other tests that don't exist
- [R66] Impulse Tutor: This game is awesome for adults and children
- [R67] Impulse Its alright: Its good, but too much payments.
- [R68] Impulse Not useful.: Be carful what you click. I signed up but accidentally signed up for the year when I just wanted to try it for the month. Don’t do it.
- [R79] NYT Games Enough already: This pops up every time. Please make it stop.
- [R80] NYT Games Love it: I’ve had it for years.
- [R81] NYT Games The Acrostic puzzle needs to be online again: We miss it!
- [R82] NYT Games GIANT BUG in Purchased packs: When you reset a crossword puzzle that you’ve already played it no longer shows that that puzzle is unfinished. This makes it significantly harder to tell which puzzles you have not already played. Since I purchased those puzzles, I should have the right to replay them as many times as I want and it should not be difficult to do so. What the heck New York Times?? PLE
- [R93] Peak No support????: So when you select app support there is actually NO support. You may only see answers to certain questions. I just purchased the pro version and the GROW game it is not working properly (Beginning letters of words are not showing) on iOS ipad and there seems to be no way to contact support. I’m sad I purchased something that has NO support. Ridiculous!
- [R94] Peak Great break from a busy day: I like playing this game at night before bed, if I can’t rest my mind, or I will play it if I feel overwhelmed and I need something else to focus my attention on
- [R95] Peak Used to love this app: I’ve been using this app off and on for several years and have absolutely loved it. This week, every time I’ve tried to use my pro subscription, it will not allow me. I’ve contacted support but have had no response. Just an app I pay for I cannot use. I tried restarting my phone, I tried deleting the app, I tried restoring the purchase, I tried creating a new account - I get

- [R109] Lumosity Umm fix: I’m 12 and it’s not letting me in
- [R110] Lumosity Liars: It costs a fortune you learn only after a huge time waste. It data mines worse than the fed. Only good to age 55.
- [R14] Elevate Fun: Good fun educational games
- [R17] Elevate Excellent: I’ve had this for a while now. There are so many things to do to help with grammar, reading, comprehension. This one is worth it. Helps keep mind active and focused. Still playing, learning a lot. This just gets better. One can learn a lot
- [R19] Elevate Class warfare: Great app for folks with disposable income. Here what apps like this teach parents and kids. “want to help your kids teach them to wait tables and mop floors for people who can afford the luxury of apps like this”
- [R25] Elevate Payment: If it’s to help with cognitive function and it’s for helping with disorders, why isn’t it free
