I ordered on the app, but had my daughter pick up the order, but she couldn’t. Why? Because the app recognized my phone was still at home while she was at sonic and it won’t let you check in. Unless the device ordered from is physically there at the restaurant.

The only downside is that I always have to order in person since there isn’t an option to add sweet tea to slushes and that’s my go-to order (Peach slushy w/ sweet tea & lemon wedge). And even when I order in person, they’ll enter it in wrong and I still can’t get the drink I want (which is why I prefer ordering through the app).

I couldn’t give them 5 stars because they didn’t put in the extra strawberries. Since they charge extra for them, it’s a big deal.

So you have to scroll through a random list of drink select to try to find what you’re looking for. There’s no rhyme or reason to the order.

I spent 15 minutes trying to order the “limeade slush” not the regular “limeade.” No one at the store could help because apparently no one uses the app. The menu isn’t laid out quite the same and it’s frustrating!
