1. [R98] 5/5 · US 0. Excellent: Literally very good, unlike the competitor company. 1. Because the full menu is available with other companies, their menu is incomplete. When I contacted the other company, they said I could only order from the available, incomplete items. 2. There are restaurants available that aren't with the other company. 3. The street I live on is the main street of Tanta, Sharea El Bahr. Literally everyone in Tanta calls it Sharea El Bahr, and it has a different name on the map than what everyone calls it. 1. No customer service when needed: Help and customer service don't work in the app. Once the order is received, there's no way to complain about any mistake. 2. Bad service and many problems: I constantly face many problems with orders, and the support's solutions and responses are slow and ineffective. 3. Bad experience: Worst experience ever. The order didn't arrive after two hours, and there's no option to cancel the order or even customer service. The driver changed multiple times, and no one answered. 4. Very bad app: Ordered from Bazooka restaurant, and it said delivery within 45 minutes, but it exceeded an hour and a half. When I contacted customer service, nothing was done. 5. Unreliable: I placed an order at 4:15, got a message that something was wrong, couldn't find anything, and then it was canceled twice because the ladies and gentlemen couldn't bother to call me. Utter disregard and disrespect, and I have guests. Anyway, I had already significantly reduced my dealings with you, and now I'll stop completely. 6. App is like crap: It shows items as available when they're out of stock, and they call you without any politeness. If you tell them to bring the order as you requested, they cancel it. 7. Bad: The order might be canceled without anyone telling you, and delivery is more expensive than the restaurant or any other application. 8. Alexandria: The program codes are incorrect. 9. Old menus: The good things never last. You find all the menus, numbers, pictures, and everything, but they turn out to be old menus. You order, and the prices are completely different. I wish there were constant updates for the menus. 10. Worst customer service: A truly bad application. I reported a major problem and asked to speak with a manager. They told me the manager would contact me within 24 hours. That was August 13th; today is August 18th, and no one has called me. I've sent a million reminders, and no one has acknowledged me, and they refuse to transfer me to a manager. The manager is obviously a failure for providing service like this and letting someone reach this level. Also, the problem was a big one with a delivery driver who took the money and left, acting rudely, and they didn't even suggest compensation until... 11. Failed app: Doesn't accept Saudi numbers or any non-Egyptian number. So if you're a tourist, don't expect this failed app to register you. 12.
