I should be able to tap and pay with a credit card in 2 seconds like most modern cities. The machines at the stops are not a simple tap and and don’t work easily. This needs to be fixed with all the tax money dart is collect from or sales tax.

While this can be worked around by using the address for the Terminal B station, this is really inconvenient. It would be better if it could estimate commute time from a terminal to the station, so I can figure out which train I can catch.

[R23] 2/5 · US The app is a hit and miss: I really depend on the app to make it to work on time and sometimes it’s good but when the bus doesn’t have a tracker, it can be misleading, especially for the #22 bus route. Sometimes they come early and they see you running but keep going. Really need a tracker on all Busses especially when the weather isn’t perfect.

Could use better rider alert info and Apple Watch support. Also get the Say Something app so you can notify police if you see criminal activity.

No real time updates. Overall safety of DART has been poor where homeless people always present in the trains and DART security pays no attention.
