I tried the chat bot “talk to a person”, I’ve been sitting with it open for over an hour with no reply. I’ve been paying $5.99 every seven days for over two years. Impossible to cancel.

The transcript is very accurate. But used in a day workshop (8hrs) and it fails processing the voices. Cant seem to get transcript or summary. So unfortunately need to look elsewhere
