There is no credible email I can find and I currently cannot afford to lose $77. This app is misleading and confusing. Very upset!!

My refund was downright refused without any reasoning from Apple and without any reasoning from Coconote itself. For example, if my professor tells me to revert to a certain page to review important information, the app will give me a quiz question on which page I need to find that information on. You may find yourself memorising incorrect information and not even realize.
