I paid for a subscription, but I’m not sure why. Is this what everyone else is seeing? I tried to contact their team but haven’t heard back. Hopefully, I can get this figured out on here.

Could easily be fakes. Stock X customer service said that was not normal, and basically said that I could return or get $20 credit. Buyer beware! Their QC is sus.
