Opportunities: Add audio option ON THE APP to use your own headphones. Far too many portals on multiple Paris busses did not work. Add a list feature with each stop vs the clunky way of finding them via locating the number on the map and clicking it.

Someone then unrelated to the company informed us Big Bus wasn’t stopping at this particular stop today. It was diverting. Would have been a huge help if app showed that stop closed for the day.

Several people around while we waited ten minutes for a bus who could have said something but no one could be bothered. The app works great, the service is awful.

Yesterday, my family of four took the big bus tour which explore San Francisco. We only were able to make it to one stop. There was no hop on/hop off. We boarded at 10:30 at stop 1. This is after having to wait for 30 minutes because the bus that arrived originally was filled.

My gripe is with the app itself, specifically the bus tracking feature. With multiple routes overlapping each other here in London, the map is incredible hard to use and to tell which direction a certain route travels. If you zoom into the map, the routes look like the
