The issue is that the app is junk now. It crashes constantly and freezes up on you if you try to move within it too quickly. Doesn’t matter what wifi or data i’m on, it’s definitely this app’s problem. I hate it because I don’t always have my computer with me but this app is totally useless

Have to try multiple times to deposit a check, and completely unable to at times, with no detail other than stating it can’t be processed. As usual, they have a pretty pathetic IT team and are always behind the curve.

It is linked to my faceID, so I do not know how that is not verification enough! There are other mobile apps that much more features on them that would be great to see implemented on this app

Add extra security to external payments. Don’t make it a pain in my rear to access my balance or transfer between savings and checking.

It would be nice if I didn’t have to do it but one time, or once every month. With my phone having a code that should be good enough, it’s not like people can send themself money from this app. All they can do is see how much money I already don’t have.

I use another credit union and I don’t have to (never had to) do that with them. Almost makes me want to dump centra after being a customer for over 20 years
