I suggest you download and use the App as that allows you to have an account and it captures not only your current reservation, but stores previous reservations that you can easily use to “rebook” that location for an upcoming event. I went to park at 315 South Jefferson and no parking spots were available. When I went to cancel, they said they would accept it this time, but don’t let it happen again. The only reason I canceled is because there was no parking available. It was overbooked.
