It then deletes my password from my stored passwords, and like today, my wife is shopping and cannot send me the password or the access code. It just stinks because it happens monthly. However, it’s becoming so frustrating that AFCU is constantly doing maintenance on the app all the time that it’s impossible to access my bank information instead of going to browser. If you have multiple accounts, good luck. Might function a few times over a quarter and that is it. Waiting so long in between updates is laughable these days.

It gets to the point where I just don’t bother checking my finances because I cannot access my account. This has been a problem for years. And stuck and very inconvenient! Card has been reissued at least 9 times a year, impossible to bill pay. Face ID, keeps turning off, and it’s not Apple doing this. To many problems with this bank, a loan we took out, completely messed up. Paid off in time.
