Tried to rectify the issue, all they offered in the form of customer service was a dysfunctional chat bot that deliberately seemed to ‘fob you off’ or stall you. Human contact avoided by them. On initiating the “free” trial they then took the whole fee which I subsequently had to claim a refund through Apple. Be wary if you’re planning on using the free trial it is not as advertised.
