With a simple picture of your health insurance, it immediately lets you know who’s in your network! Then you get a list of doctors along with patient recommendations and locations so you can easily book your own appointment! How brilliant… you don’t even need to phone the doctors! It couldn’t be simpler:)!

I have attempted to make 34 doctors appointments that all were ‘in network’ just to get them cancelled on me because they are NOT in fact IN network. Please update the system or check with providers MORE on their insurance policy.

Pretty big issue when you’re billed hundreds of dollars. I’ve reported those providers and the response is “we’ll look into it 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️” Yeah, not taking my chances anymore.

Now you are forced to use their system which they say can make mistakes. I wouldn’t mind except there is no way to go back to the old system

Sharing a doctor with someone doesn’t give them the link, but just a link to download the app. The app freezes or completely refreshes when switching from another app, which makes it difficult to confirm insurance info in another app or calendar availability while going back to Zocdoc to book.

Once on account of time; the provider received a 1:30pm visit even though i scheduled a 4:30 with zocdoc. The second is incorrect location. I scheduled a virtual visit and the provider got a physical visit request.

It happens id say 70% of the time that I book appointments through Zocdoc. I’m either called by the doctors office, or like today, actually showed up to find out. Pretty fed up at this point.
