This app is fundamentally broken. I tried to book a flight for well over an hour and from what I could see on the app, it wouldn’t let me pay and kept refusing my card. Somehow, that ended up making 6 different reservations and paying for 2 of them.

Whenever adding a boarding pass to my wallet on my phone if it is part of a trip it will try to add all boarding passes from the trip even for past flights that have already occurred. If something’s changes, the pass has to manually be removed from the wallet and readded. This creates issues with updates to gates, boarding positions, pre check, etc. Let it be an option to add to the wallet, but don’t force it. Keep the boarding pass in the app
