- [R11] App Sucks.: I was stranded trying to contact road side assistance. The app kept saying i was putting in wrong password and wasn’t letting me reset it. Then it locked me out and said try again in 2 hours. This was an emergency and the app left me stranded.
- [R17] Password Misery: It took me ten minutes with a cs operator to get a new password set up because your system forgot my password and couldn’t find my account using basic info. THAT is not something you want your customers to have to deal with in a crisis.

My vehicle doesn’t move much because I work from home and I’m not a phone user so it is stationary a lot and for the driving score it flags me a lot because of this. Again I do not like being tracked so when I use the vehicle I turn it on so I’m not penalized and have to pay a higher rate!
