It’s becoming too expensive for me to keep adding more hours that month. The basic not reliable and I pad for a whole year. I maybe will cancel out if I find something better.

It claims to offer a 3 day trial, but is actually at most 48 hours ( before you have to cancel the subscription). I have tried and tried to find where to slow down the speed of the spoken words (to better learn them) and I can not find anywhere to do this. I was advised to poke the arrow next to a phrase after a spoken phrase. It didn’t work. I tried looking under the gear symbol, no where to alter speed of speech. I am frustrated!!!!

As someone that is constantly in meetings, not only is the basic AI transcription fantastic, the image capture feature is often indispensable as it gives you instant context to what you were discussing without having to go find materials.

My hope is that it would identify a voice and give it a speaker number, but you have to go in and label every speaker even when it’s the same person and you’ve already given them a label. Also, I have not figured out a way to crop transcripts so if you record longer than you meant to, you can’t crop that part out.

This use to be my go to, and transcribed well especially adding speakers assigned to the transcriptions. I’m moving on to other apps, but hopefully they fix this for future users.

If you use the starter plan you get a whopping 5 hours of transcribing which means don’t plan on restaurants, group activities. So only dr visits, maybe a lawyer chat, and spare use. Very expensive.
