Fix the “sort by” feature so it actually works. I love your products but browsing your app takes up way too much time and I end up checking out because I’m frustrated, not because I’m done!

And it won’t let me delete my card off my account or delete the account at all. Don’t buy from the website because they will keep your card on file. I’ve been on hold with customer service for an hour.

I attempted to call and it said there were 20,000 people waiting in line ahead of me. You owe me money for all the months I was charged and received nothing.

If you don’t use the credits within a year, they fall off. So you get NOTHING for your $69.
