At least provide refresh on your page when doing survey and the survey platform keep rolling even without doing survey . Sometimes surveys do hangs and no options to refresh the website to load automatically. I have ended losing a lot of point. Because I had to quit the survey

I like the fact that your surveys not only tell you the time it should take you to complete the survey but they are much more accurate than some other survey site
