It’s not even as responsive as the built-in mic in the iPhone. Substitutes wrong words, regardless of proximity to the phone. I’m sure there are better ones out there.

It does not however compared with estanlished non-apple products such as Dragon, in that it cannot type into non- app spaces eg word, Excel etc. In order to achieve typing into these apps one has to use copy and paste, an extra and unneccesary step.

Therefore, you end up with a word that is not an actual word because it inserted its word in the middle of what it was supposed to be correcting. Very displeased.

My hope is that it would identify a voice and give it a speaker number, but you have to go in and label every speaker even when it’s the same person and you’ve already given them a label. Also, I have not figured out a way to crop transcripts so if you record longer than you meant to, you can’t crop that part out.
