- [R2] Ring Ring Doorbell: As a traveling nurse, it is comforting to be able to check my home inside and out while on assignment. It is effective, clear viewing, notifies me with need to recharge, and keeps me in the know. I wish I had found you sooner. Thank you for a great product.
- [R20] Ring Good product: It’s a good device to have as a security system specially for the front door you can talk and see the people that are at the door or coming to your door definitely recommend and very satisfied with the options you get to modify your preference.
- [R22] Ring Disappointed: It will work most of the time live however, not always. It frequently does not record what’s going on despite the battery being fine so they have a lot of work to do on this thing. Still fails to record and their support is useless.
- [R64] Home Garbage: Absolute trash of an app. Your devices don’t communicate well at all, with one another. Overpriced. Underwhelming performance and OVERwhelming troubleshooting process. Minimal support in the admin threads. Minimal info on setup and what to do if you get a red ring on a HomePod. Apple TV, useless with home app.
- [R3] Ring Used to be good: The Ring door bell used to be good. But then it got slow at detections and loading! We used to be able to click the notification when someone is detected and it load right up. Now….!? The person has already passed by or left once it finally loads. Worst thing is when someone rings the doorbell, it will not load!!! Very frustrating and very annoying!!!! Used to be good! -used to b
- [R12] Ring Not Reliable: It’s great when it works but goes offline frequently. We have upgraded the transformer which helped a little.
- [R70] Home Difficult to add accessories: I continually have issues adding accessories directly to Home. Even when they say compatible with home. I recently purchased a 4 pack of WiFi plugs. Added the first one with no issues but it won’t add the rest. Rebooted phone and still won’t work. It shouldn’t be this hard.
- [R82] Home Look for something better: Personally this is a horrible app needs to be fixed all the bugs
- [R4] Ring Constantly offline: App updated and even before then the camera was constantly offline. I have incredible wifi and the router is top of the line. Seems no matter what we do it will stay online for about a day but if anything even the slightest happens the system requires jumping through hoops and doesn’t stay online. Highly suggest a different security camera. Plus the monthly subscription just is
- [R43] Ring Always going offline: I have two doorbells, and they are always going offline and needing to be reset. I haven’t used them in ages because of this. Even when they did work, the added equipment so I could hear the doorbell on the top floor of my house didn’t work. I’m thinking about getting rid of these and replacing them with something that actually works.
- [R67] Home Not responsive: I regularly struggle because the hub regularly says devices aren’t responding.
- [R112] Home Garbage: This app used to be good, now it’s nothing but garbage.
- [R13] Ring You pay $65 to use this camera: If you are not willing yearly subscription, its useless.
- [R40] Ring Expensive: Costs too much for what is available
- [R115] Home Dumb Money Grab: It has to be so easy to be able to add all these features without having an Apple TV or a HomeKit… just an absolute money grab instead of a good product.
- [R26] Ring Best security system ever: I love my ring service and 5 star customer service.
- [R38] Ring Customer service: Great customer Service!
- [R119] Home Absolute Rubbish: How on earth could an app go un-updated and be unresponsive for so long from such a big company. Hopefully now that there's a new CEO something more than iPhone colors will get improved every year.
- [R1] Ring How horrible RING is: People review my videos, bad connections. Multiple other issues!! I would try another company if i were you!! Avoid these thieving idiots
- [R61] Home Broken: Apple updated the app so that when you have smart light bulbs connected to both Alexa and Apple now you get non stop security notifications that your light bulbs have joined another family called Alexa. Had to turn all my notifications off. Horrible QA here.
