- [R9] Vida Health Decent app, but could use a couple of upgrades.: I like the Vida app, but I wish it tracked my steps, like MyFitnessPal. Instead it wants to know how many minutes I walked, which I’ve never worried about. I walk 4-5 miles every day, but I do it over the course of the day, not in one session. Also, the food diary is good, but not as good as MyFitnessPal.
- [R22] Vida Health Food Logging: This is the worst app to log food. Why don’t you find a way to link it to my fitness pal to make things easier. Also, the food logging is inaccurate with calories, fiber, protein etc
- [R63] Sweat Overall, happy with some suggestions: I’m a regular user of the app and overall I really love it. One feature I especially appreciate is the ability to substitute exercises, because it makes the workouts much more flexible depending on what equipment is available at my gym. That said, I wanted to share some feedback about a couple of areas that could make the app even better. First, I’ve noticed
- [R71] Sweat Don guess your workouts: I love that my workouts for the day/week are planned out for me. I don’t have to think about what to do! I love the programs too! I’ve done many of the strength plans and currently completing the postpartum plan.
- [R3] Vida Health Keeps freezing: I don’t know why it keeps freezing. Great potential but it’s frustrating to use. Perhaps a bug fix?
- [R66] Sweat Aaaaaaaa: Love the app when I can get in. FREQUENTLY crashes before it opens. Annoying.
- [R72] Sweat Great workouts but the app crashes: I have followed Kayla Fromm bbg 1.0 and used the SWEAT app for years now. Love the workouts always have. But the app is so so frustrating. It takes at least a minute to open and half the time I end up turning my phone off to try and stop the app crashing. Which is so frustrating when you are at the gym. I have an iPhone 14 and I update the app regularly so it’s
- [R4] Vida Health worst service ever: The worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life, nonprofessional medical associates not easy to work with very hard to navigate system and process overall horrible horrible service
- [R24] Vida Health Coaching is good but app is buggy: Coaches are good but the buggy app is frustrating to use. Typical problems include not properly syncing with Apple Health, limited food database, etc. But the worst is now it is flooding my chat with auto notifications and messages many times a day about how my blood pressure is great. I had to turn off all notifications, and now I can’t even have a chat conver
- [R84] Sweat The app constantly crashes: The app constantly crashes and I am not able to complete all the weekly workouts. Some days I cannot even open the app! It’s an expensive subscription and I had it now for over 5 years so I am very disappointed and just fed up with constantly having to try multiple times to open the app and complete a workout.
- [R70] Sweat Not free: Don’t claim it’s free and it’s not stop luring to people don’t deserve a star for ur lies
- [R96] Sweat Lost value after removing the food plan: I’m very disappointed to open my app today and find the food planner has been removed after purchasing an annual subscription. It’s a good app as far as exercise programs are concerned, I enjoy using it for that. But I really loved the features that had daily meal suggestions and a shopping list, as it made the app unique and convinced me it was worth the
- [R12] Vida Health Issue resolved: When things go well pleasant individuals, however when there is a glitch there is NO ONE to speak with NO recourse at all. Employers partnering with this program are simply looking to reduce costs. It’s not employee friendly. Medication runs out - that’s your problem. They will not allow more than one month refill at a time. Connected with live agent who escalated issue, receive
- [R41] Vida Health Getting run around: Been getting the runaround for three weeks now trying to talk to the doctor and get my prescription. No one ever responds back.
- [R76] Sweat Impossible to deactivate subscription: It’s is extremely difficult to deactivate the subscription.
- [R90] Sweat Money being stolen from account: I had cancelled my subscription months ago and you are still taking money from my account, which is against the law. I have disputed all payments with my bank who have thankfully blocked all payments from being taken. Please can you stop taking my money otherwise I will be forced to take legal action against your company. I have proof of this.
- [R1] Vida Health Absolute Garbage: Be prepared to jump through 20 hoops to get anywhere. These people don’t want to help they want to track ALL of your life. I can do this on my own. It’s a scam stay away
