  1. [R4] Included Health 1/5 · US Completely useless: Complete sham app, doesn’t do much except redirecting you to install more apps. Prescriptions only show up after approval, medications requests require OptumRx app, managing health insurance requires blueprint portal. Current claims won’t be seen until they are approved. This app is a classic example of corporate greed that overtakes health industry
  2. [R22] Included Health 2/5 · US Worst app. Developer should be ashamed: This app was shipped to prod by a person who does not enjoy building a high quality product. The app errors out on simple things like provider search. The chat function shows messages not in order with frequent duplications. Once the location for virtual care is selected, it cannot be changed again. AI would vibe code a better experience.
  3. [R61] Optum Engage 1/5 · US Terrible: Absolute headache of an app. Steps consistently do not sync. Twice I had to open a support ticket. Their responses we know there’s an issue. I never once had an issue with rally with my iPhone 16 Pro. Optum Engage constantly has an issue syncing steps. I don’t understand why they moved from rally. It was so much better than this garbage that they implemented.
  4. [R67] Optum Engage 1/5 · US Insufferably buggy: This is the worst app I’ve had the displeasure of using. Half of the buttons don’t work and the stride data does not sync properly with Apple health no matter what I do. They must be paying for positive reviews because this app is junk.
  5. [R2] Included Health 5/5 · US Easy: This is an easy to use and convenient app. I love being able to book different aero when needed and having my family’s care managed in one central location.
  6. [R5] Included Health 5/5 · US Easy so far: Just getting started but it seems user friendly enough for any age
  7. [R15] Included Health 5/5 · US Smooth app features: I’ve been pleased with the ease of use.
  8. [R63] Optum Engage 3/5 · US Good all: Easy to use
  9. [R1] Included Health 1/5 · US Pray it works when you need it: Every single time we try to join an appointment the call ends immediately, and there is ZERO way to rejoin. Their support is absolutely useless. They’ve known about this issue for MONTHS and done NOTHING to address it.
  10. [R8] Included Health 1/5 · US Providers drop off or no show: This platform is as bad or worse than when I used it in 2021, especially for mental health services. Providers consistently no show or drop off appointments only to never reappear and it is so frustrating and a complete waste of time. My new insurance uses them again, so I decided to give them another shot and it’s just as bad. Absolutely no accountability for when p
  11. [R58] Included Health 1/5 · US Visits don’t work: The app won’t let you join your visits. You can reinstall the app, change the WiFi you’re on. Won’t work. If you’re even 3 minutes behind schedule and can’t get it to load. They take away your appointment entirely and try to charge you 30 for “missing“ it. I’m so done.
  12. [R7] Included Health 5/5 · US Included Health is a Game Changer- Highly recommend: Included Health is a game changer. Having the ability to contact a provider over telehealth makes life so much easier. It saves time it helps me get my medicine in an efficient and effective way. Highly recommend using Included Health. All of their providers have been fantastic.
  13. [R73] Optum Engage 1/5 · US Horrible: An app designed to make it as difficult as possible to keep you from collecting your insurance benefits. What a joke
  14. [R95] Optum Engage 1/5 · US Save Your Time & Avoid: I have tried using this application and its former version for 2-3 years now. In all of this time, it has never once worked properly for more than a few weeks at a time. I cannot stress enough how frustrating this system is. To be frank, I’m surprised this is still allowed to be on the application store. I do not recommend this application for any use whatsoever. I have use
  15. [R10] Included Health 2/5 · US Poor CS: Got billed for occasions that were beyond my control and no one has been a help in getting resolved.
  16. [R48] Included Health 1/5 · US Customer Care Review: Actual customer service reps are terrible. Doctors / providers on calls are very good.
  17. [R93] Optum Engage 1/5 · US Awful Troubleshooting Support: I have two Apple devices. The app works on my iPad, however, regardless of whether I manually enter or use my saved HealthSafe ID (HSID) and password, I get an authentication error on my iPhone. I contacted their chat support who insisted that the issue was with my HSID. They refused to consider that there may be a setting that is causing the issue on my phone. I am
  18. [R115] Optum Engage 1/5 · US Garbage: This is and has continued to be the worst app I have ever used. Not only is it filled with bugs but every time you use it, you have to go through 15 different hoops just to sign in regardless if you signed in and did all of that five minutes ago. It’s designed to be a Health app so you can use it daily but if it takes 10 minutes to login every single time you use it what’s the point
