- [R1] Dig Inn Promos never apply. Worthless: Such a decent app if the promos that I’ve activated actually work and applied. I rather just go in store to order at this point.
- [R2] Dig Inn Update the app for using rewards on sides: Love Dig, great food. Ever since sides were given the requirement of giving a size (either à la cart of family style) the rewards use for veggie side, protein side etc do not work. It continually gives a message saying to put the rewarded item in the cart (because I don’t think it recognizes the side now that it’s a small side, rather than just a side). T
- [R6] Dig Inn Apple Pay option disappeared: And it won’t remember a manually entered card for ordering?!
- [R7] Dig Inn Great food, garbage app: Great food. Used to be a great app. Changes over the years made what used to be 4-5 taps to order a meal now 10+ taps. And they recently implemented a new sign on page that doesn’t work, I’m no longer able to sign in and accumulate points with each order. I just want to order a salad why overcomplicate things
- [R16] Dig Inn Keeps signing me out: So annoying
- [R22] Dig Inn Completely broken with latest update: The “Complete your profile” pop up will not go away even after agreeing to the terms and pressing the button. Force quitting the app and launching it again doesn’t help either, it’s impossible to progress past the complete your profile screen.
- [R24] Dig Inn DIG is great but the new version of the app is hot garbage: Old app was great. New one is barely functional and rewards don’t work. At least you can order, I guess?
- [R21] Dig Inn Good food, mediocre app: There was a while when the app just didn’t open properly and instead the screen was just black. Now the app opens. My biggest complaint about the app is that there’s no way to write in directions for the delivery person to help guide them in how to find my place. Please fix.
- [R25] Dig Inn Latest app update broke the app: The complete your profile modal blocks you from using the app and will not dismiss even if you supply birthday, check all boxes and click “complete”. Please fix!
- [R28] Dig Inn This app is garbage: Magic link didn’t work Wouldn’t let me login Continuous glitch at checkout cart
- [R9] Dig Inn Can’t claim rewards: The app tells me I have rewards but when I try to claim them it says they’re not available
- [R12] Dig Inn Rewards Redemption: It is sometimes challenging, to redeem the rewards and they expire without use.
- [R15] Dig Inn Points: It’s so weird. I think I register my card but it’s not and it prevents me from getting points. I eat here a lot it would nice to get points easily without this whole card sign up thing
- [R5] Dig Inn Best lunch option: Fast delivery, quality of food is great and healthy + cheap! Nothing better than that.
- [R8] Dig Inn The absolute best: Not only can I stick to my macros plan using the online ordering, but the staff is top notch!! I came in on the Mondayist of Mondays, and the staff there joked with me, and lifted my spirits while making my delicious bowl EXACTLY as I ordered. Love this spot!!!
- [R11] Dig Inn Excellent: Very good i highly recommend
- [R14] Dig Inn My fav: The best in NY
- [R39] Dig Inn App hardly ever works: Happened multiple times already… it’s practically impossible to add or change your payment method. When it’s time to pay, the button is block by the keyboard which never goes away.
- [R46] Dig Inn Good: Would be nice to have Apple Pay integration
- [R73] Runza® Rewards No Apple Pay: There are too many stolen credit card, instances and hacks in the world. I don’t want my credit card everywhere Apple Pay PayPal all of that prevents this. Please update with more payment options.
- [R3] Dig Inn SMS doesn’t work: Please fix this.
- [R4] Dig Inn Abuse of notifications: Solid app but the notifications are bad.
- [R49] Dig Inn Push ads, no option to disable: This app recently began pushing ads to my phone. There does not appear to be any setting to disable push notifications for marketing content, which IIRC is a requirement of the App Store’s TOS. I will be disabling all push notifications for this app.
- [R17] Dig Inn Delicious: Very consistent and a decent amount of options to choose. This is my go to spot for lunch
- [R32] Dig Inn Healthy: Love their food, it’s super healthy and delicious!
