- [R6] First Community CU Houston Functionally ok… BUT…: Functionally the iPhone app is okay, but it’s only just O K. Many various features are missing such as a Zelle feature for example. Recent update finally added Face ID sign in. Great but about 5 years later than most other banking apps. At least the app is quick and responsive.
- [R24] First Community CU Houston FCCU needs improvement and update their banking: The app it mediocre. It dosent have everything other banks offer. FCCU needs to update to a better way to pay and transfer payments like Zelle
- [R68] TownSq Community Disappearing Documents: Suddenly documents are disappearing from folders. Update from 1 week ago may be faulty. Here we go again, now cannot switch between communities when homeowners participate in multiple. Always sketchy, poor support. It’s not a community enhancement, rather a headache for community managers and homeowners. Too bad. The concept is good.
- [R113] TownSq Community TownSquare review: I love TownSquare! It’s an easy and efficient way to communicate with Goodwin and is great for checking on the status of my HOA dues payments. I also like being able to easily access announcements and documents.
- [R7] First Community CU Houston Christie: This app is not user friendly. Very difficult to navigate.
- [R19] First Community CU Houston Finding msg requires too many clicks and not intuitive: Navigating across the banners is not organized well or intuitive.
- [R79] TownSq Community Horrible app: What A poorly designed app for its intended purpose of managing a condo association. Unorganized, disjointed and a jumbled mess that is so not user friendly. BAD
- [R90] TownSq Community Not intuitive: A lot of the app is not very intuitive. In dark mode it is almost impossible to read. Some of that could be lack of help and the way local Associa staff uses/fails to use it. Updates are not timely. Unfortunately Associa is by far the worst management company I have every dealt with
- [R26] First Community CU Houston Horrible app: I have to open the app and close the app 10 times before it ever opens and loads to the home page. This happens every day
- [R46] First Community CU Houston Fraught with issues: I can never pay on my auto loan with my card. Have tried multiple times to get the issue corrected and no dice
- [R73] TownSq Community Payments: I’m trying to make a payment and when I do it takes me back to the Home Screen. Fix this glitch please.
- [R106] TownSq Community The worst: I tried to make a payment & the page kept trying to load & I kept getting an error. I’m afraid to try it again because I’m not sure if the payment has went through twice. This app is garbage
- [R1] First Community CU Houston Making a payment: Make it easier to make a payment like putting a card on your account can’t figure out how to pay my car note
- [R61] TownSq Community Set Up Issues: I have the app downloaded, selected sign up, received and confirmed email. Confirm my info and enter and confirm password, then it just spins, nothing happens. Can't even get into app.
- [R4] First Community CU Houston Staff: For the record, I called three times in a row asking for help with this app. Staff told me and I quote someone should call you back in a couple of days. After no one called me back, I called a second time and at the conclusion asked for an employee ID number, a last name or some way to reference the conversation. To which I was denied. Straight up the worst service I’ve ever had and as soon
- [R85] TownSq Community Not helpful: The usefulness of this app is dependent upon the timely response from the property management company. Unfortunately mine isn’t so responsive.
- [R65] TownSq Community Town Square Updates!: Geraldo is always very clear and polite when assistance is needed to navigate the platform. Great Job!
- [R119] TownSq Community As a president of an HOA: We needed a platform for better communication with homeowners and managers about our community needs- although we have a FB page to communicate- it was open to everyone where Town Sq focuses on actual homeowners As a board member we can - -See the courtesy letters for violations in real time - see delinquencies - see names and addresses of individuals - reports like b
- [R63] TownSq Community Needs work: I’m glad my HOAs master and condos offer an app to have easy payments and request, but viewing news and event notifications across 2 communities is clunky for sure. The switch community is also not great, hidden deep in the app.
