- [R3] First Community CU Houston Needs work: This app is okay, but it doesn’t give you a lot of details about the things needed for routine questions. For example, it says you can text but it doesn’t actually allow you to text. You have to call. You can write down the number and then text. Not user friendly.
- [R6] First Community CU Houston Functionally ok… BUT…: Functionally the iPhone app is okay, but it’s only just O K. Many various features are missing such as a Zelle feature for example. Recent update finally added Face ID sign in. Great but about 5 years later than most other banking apps. At least the app is quick and responsive.
- [R10] First Community CU Houston Not very good UO: Horrible UI. Cannot set up autopay on loans for my car. You have to call the branch itself. Paying the auto loan from a different account requires you to jump Through hoops. Highly not recommended Jump
- [R12] First Community CU Houston Needs work: No pay off allowed. Doesn’t allow outside banks to transfer or pay off loan.
- [R1] First Community CU Houston Making a payment: Make it easier to make a payment like putting a card on your account can’t figure out how to pay my car note
- [R7] First Community CU Houston Christie: This app is not user friendly. Very difficult to navigate.
- [R9] First Community CU Houston App interface is archaic: Please update the app, it’s archaic interface. Can you add subtraction signs to show withdrawals and maybe change the dollar amount color to green/red or different colors to show deposits. Wider lines/space between transactions Change the way deposits show up so differentiate from other transactions
- [R5] First Community CU Houston FCCU: App works great
- [R26] First Community CU Houston Horrible app: I have to open the app and close the app 10 times before it ever opens and loads to the home page. This happens every day
- [R32] First Community CU Houston Payment system online bill pay: Bill payments should come out immediately when payment is made
- [R52] First Community CU Houston App works great: No problems with it.
- [R4] First Community CU Houston Staff: For the record, I called three times in a row asking for help with this app. Staff told me and I quote someone should call you back in a couple of days. After no one called me back, I called a second time and at the conclusion asked for an employee ID number, a last name or some way to reference the conversation. To which I was denied. Straight up the worst service I’ve ever had and as soon
- [R27] First Community CU Houston Easy to navigate!: Great & prompt customer service for any issues!
- [R51] First Community CU Houston Customer Service Representative: Caring staff with reliable Products and Services
- [R21] First Community CU Houston Good but could be better: Would be better if some updates were added to include the ability to perform additional actions instead of having to call in
- [R22] First Community CU Houston Horrible: Doesn’t give exact balance doesn’t have Zelle just don’t like it overall
- [R24] First Community CU Houston FCCU needs improvement and update their banking: The app it mediocre. It dosent have everything other banks offer. FCCU needs to update to a better way to pay and transfer payments like Zelle
- [R28] First Community CU Houston Needs improvement: The app lacks a lot of new age things. Also BRING ZELLE TO FCCU!
- [R40] First Community CU Houston Not convenient: Why on Earth can you not easily make payments on your loan or car within the app? You should be able to make a payment with an external bank account or card just like every other company allows. I have to go in person to make payments and it’s ridiculous. It’s 2026!!
- [R42] First Community CU Houston HATE!: Can’t make auto payments on my loan, the app is clunky, I hate it so much.
- [R61] Houston TranStar Not Reliable: 100% reliability
- [R70] Houston TranStar Road closed: 7/22/2024 Beltway 8 southbound "ROAD CLOSED"! The news reported correctly, but not TranStar! They show green with NO report of "all southbound lanes closed". Closed for months. TranStar is a joke!
- [R73] Houston TranStar No connection: This app says it can’t establish a connection anthem tells me to check my (fully wi-do and also cell data) connection. Closing and reopening the app did not fix the problem. Truly useless.
- [R75] Houston TranStar An absolute MUST HAVE if you drive in Houston!: This is a reliable way to get an overview of traffic delays all over Houston. They post incidents almost immediately after they happen (not always the case with other navigation apps), and they inform you which lanes are affected. App makes it easy to check the incident & construction maps before you leave for your destination so you can quickly plan
- [R64] Houston TranStar The previous was much better.: This app doesn’t have the rain map, I don’t like this at all.
