- [R10] GET Mobile Borderline unusable: It takes a ridiculous amount of time to load when opening the app, clicking any button or changing pages or really attempting to use any functions. Using Get takes significantly more time to fight the constant buffering than it would take to order in person. honestly I am so frustrated i wish i could give it 0 stars at this point.
- [R22] GET Mobile Too many bugs: Time and time again I find myself trying to order from the University at Buffalo only to be met with the time interval glitches. These “15 min intervals” simply don’t exist. I’ll wait 12:15, 12:30, 12:45, 1;00 to no avail. I close the app I open it back up only to be met with minutes of loading screens this app sucks. Especially if you’re hungry!
- [R61] StepBet Greed. That’s all it is: Just straight up corporate greed trying to hold your money hostage. I get money is a great motivation for your steps, but it’s just plain horrible for the payout. I’m not expecting hundreds of dollars, but I completed 4 challenges and earned a whopping total of $0.85 throughout all of it. Don’t bother with this
- [R65] StepBet Get movin’!: This is a great accountability tool.
- [R7] GET Mobile Slow app: This app runs very slow and sometimes doesn’t react at all.
- [R16] GET Mobile The slowest app ever: The slowest app ever I hate it Very inefficient
- [R66] StepBet Glitchy and takes forever to sync: I have written in about this issue for years. This app continues to be glitchy and takes forever to sync with steps. Just now, I spent 20+ minutes syncing my steps and nothing. It is so frustrating and I wish they would actually fix it one of these days.
- [R120] StepBet extremely buggy: i like stepbet and has really gotten me more active but this app is SO! buggy. i have yet to reach payout so im not sure how that will pan out, but i don’t think ill do another challenge once my current one finishes. i haven’t been able to open my app for about two hours. i’m tracking via apple health fortunately so i can tell i hit my goals for today but its really quite annoying
- [R43] GET Mobile Stop Faking Reviews: One of the worst apps I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Functions adequately about 50% of the time and the other 50% is plagued with skippy bugged out menu loading screens, purchases that don’t go through, and downtime where the service refuses to connect. GET this app if you hate your customers.
- [R106] StepBet SO delayed loading steps: The app is constantly 2-3 hours behind loading my steps. And when it finally does “load” my steps, it’s still not up to date. I often finish my goals around 5 pm, and most of the time it still hasn’t completed my day by 9 PM. I never plan on using StepBet again after this challenge, and plan on sharing this review online to steer people to a different app.
- [R114] StepBet Glitches a lot: I like the goal of step bet and the challenges. But the app itself has glitched a lot in the past 6 weeks. It logs off randomly and I’ve had issues with my screen being completely blank and had to just hope that my steps would sync by the time the next day. I will say the StepBet customer service is on top of it and in the know but it does need some improvements.
- [R13] GET Mobile Convenience Fee to add funds to student account?: Yall should be ashamed.
- [R51] GET Mobile Conscience fee: School forces us to use an app, the makes up pay to use it, then makes us pay a convince fee on that
- [R67] StepBet Be careful: I paid 25 dollars to be in a challenge. Had trouble getting it to read my Garmin. It finally started working then stopped again and even though I had plenty of steps in I was disqualified. Super frustrating. I won’t ever use this again. Emailed support twice no response. If you have a Garmin be cautious
- [R100] StepBet Gets you moving but takes most your payout: I mean, the games get you moving and keep you moving. Then when you win after WEEKS of effort, stepbet takes almost all of your winnings. I walked away with $1.32 profit this game. Never again 😂😂
- [R26] GET Mobile App doesn’t work: The app doesn’t let me scroll up to guest and there’s no help or support option.
- [R76] StepBet Sketchy practices: Memberships are heavily promoted throughout the app, but it’s also mentioned you can get a refund within the first week if you change your mind. I did change my mind because all of the challenges I wanted to partake in didn’t require a membership. I emailed and was told because I’d paid for my membership through Apple, they could not and would not help me. Extremely poor service
- [R62] StepBet Good for accountability: Love that it kept me accountable, but really not worth the winnings. Don’t love that PayPal is the only way to receive the money. Had an issue receiving the money and customer service was very nice and helpful
- [R86] StepBet Keeps me moving!: StepBet is the app that has motivated me for years. If I ever take a break, I’m shocked at how few steps I take. 😆 Love the community, customer service is amazing and it keeps me focused on my goals! ❤️
