1. [R10] GET Mobile 1/5 · US Borderline unusable: It takes a ridiculous amount of time to load when opening the app, clicking any button or changing pages or really attempting to use any functions. Using Get takes significantly more time to fight the constant buffering than it would take to order in person. honestly I am so frustrated i wish i could give it 0 stars at this point.

These “15 min intervals” simply don’t exist. I’ll wait 12:15, 12:30, 12:45, 1;00 to no avail. I close the app I open it back up only to be met with minutes of loading screens this app sucks. Especially if you’re hungry!

I get money is a great motivation for your steps, but it’s just plain horrible for the payout. I’m not expecting hundreds of dollars, but I completed 4 challenges and earned a whopping total of $0.85 throughout all of it. Don’t bother with this

Just now, I spent 20+ minutes syncing my steps and nothing. It is so frustrating and I wish they would actually fix it one of these days.

Functions adequately about 50% of the time and the other 50% is plagued with skippy bugged out menu loading screens, purchases that don’t go through, and downtime where the service refuses to connect. GET this app if you hate your customers.

I often finish my goals around 5 pm, and most of the time it still hasn’t completed my day by 9 PM. I never plan on using StepBet again after this challenge, and plan on sharing this review online to steer people to a different app.

It logs off randomly and I’ve had issues with my screen being completely blank and had to just hope that my steps would sync by the time the next day. I will say the StepBet customer service is on top of it and in the know but it does need some improvements.

It finally started working then stopped again and even though I had plenty of steps in I was disqualified. Super frustrating. I won’t ever use this again. Emailed support twice no response. If you have a Garmin be cautious
15. [R100] StepBet 2/5 · US Gets you moving but takes most your payout: I mean, the games get you moving and keep you moving. Then when you win after WEEKS of effort, stepbet takes almost all of your winnings. I walked away with $1.32 profit this game. Never again 😂😂

I did change my mind because all of the challenges I wanted to partake in didn’t require a membership. I emailed and was told because I’d paid for my membership through Apple, they could not and would not help me. Extremely poor service
