- [R6] City of Boston Credit Union External transfers: The employees at the offices in Dorchester (Patty & Britany) & Canton (unsure of their names) were incredibly helpful. However the external transfers themselves were a huge headache. Messages from the transfer dept did not correspond to the transactions I initiated. Bring in a different time zone also severely restricted my ability to get access to my funds easily & quickly
- [R7] City of Boston Credit Union Alan: Cards don’t have tap to pay, AND is not recognized by any of these helpful transactional apps. Ex Zelle
- [R14] City of Boston Credit Union Some bugs: The app sometimes crashes. Plus, I used to be able to update my address on the app, and now I cannot.
- [R23] City of Boston Credit Union Terrible Bill Pay service!: The Staff at the West Roxbury branch are lovely. But there are many problems with the bill pay portion of their website. I tried to call to rectify why a credit card payment didn't process BUT showed it was STILL processing from weeks ago, plenty of money in the account, so we figure this out. Nothing has been solved after 3 phone calls. She behaved like a bishy ignoran
- [R9] City of Boston Credit Union Session expired: Lately the app has been giving me problems when trying to log in. As soon i log in it gives me the message session expired try and log in again, sometimes 2 or 3 times in a row.
- [R12] City of Boston Credit Union COBCU APP OK: This app is basic, simple & generally works well. Since the last update, the app states that I’ve been logged out of my session every time when logging in for a new session, even if the app has been closed out. Please fix this error. Face ID would be nice also
- [R13] City of Boston Credit Union Fails to open 60% of the time: So frustrating. No other app, including banking apps, give nor more trouble than this app. Just doesn’t load doesn’t show any information. Doesn’t matter how many times I open/close, WiFi/ no WiFi, apps in the background. So frustrating legitimately makes me want to close my account.
- [R15] City of Boston Credit Union Very slow: I appreciate the ability to view and pay bills through an app, however the app is slow to open, slow to switch between accounts and the pay my bills page, and continually asks for security questions to be answered upon opening. I use the same device every time but it seems that it’s not remembered.
- [R2] City of Boston Credit Union Excellent should be its name.: Please let me start by saying that this is the best credit union I have ever been a member of, and I must say I’ve been a member of two others in the past but the team always goes above and beyond, regardless of what it is, a simple request for a new/lost card or something more complex. Everyone is super professional and friendly. My favorite person there is John fr

- [R5] City of Boston Credit Union Cudos to your employees: To reactivate my dormant account, via telephone assistance, your W.Rox employee offered invaluable support with professionalism and a helpful dose of humor.
- [R19] City of Boston Credit Union Thieves: Do NOT get a loan through this credit union. They are absolute thieves. They will keep adding money to your principal balance keeping you in debt forever!!! They’re customer service will do nothing to fix this error!!!

- [R59] Metro Credit Union Took Money!!: The it charged more in fees than what was in my savings account my parents set up for me as a child. Makes it hard to set good habits for children learning about money.
- [R81] Metro Credit Union Terrible bill pay system: When I say I want to pay a bill on the first of the month, that means take the money out of my account on the first of the month because I am paid on the last day of the month. Instead they often pull out 1-2 days early and sometimes if there is a holiday or weekend even earlier than that. Do not trust them. They will overdraw you and then charge you fee when their system
- [R21] City of Boston Credit Union Was fine: The recent updates security changes are extremely annoying why have the option to login with Face ID if you have answer security questions enter a code from a text
- [R29] City of Boston Credit Union Not working!: The new update for finger authentication is not functioning. City of Boston Credit Union has been very outdated and things don't seem to be moving in any directions!

- [R105] Metro Credit Union Long time member who doesn’t like change!: Honestly, I didn’t care for the new app at first because it was different than the old app, and I’m not a fan of change. However, now that I’ve been using the new app for a few months, I actually like it better. Remote deposit capture is much easier to use, and I can easily transfer to and from my accounts at other banks. I also like that I can see all of
